@DarkOcelot

I am guessing that disagree is from you, but I will continue nonetheless. For you not to hear of this game with a PC that big means that you either do not use Steam that often (goes on sale a lot and is really popular there, http://steamcharts.com/app/... or you have gotten a PC recently and still have not heard of it. It is quite hard to miss this game, especially on Steam, if you have used Steam f...

Wait, it starts off in Toronto? WHAT SUBWAY STOP IS IT!? I might have to find out when I buy it because I have always wanted to play it.

Really? I guess if you don't play on PC you might have never heard of this game then. You're in for a real treat! This game is super fun and amazing, and is widely popular and known for the mods for this game. Hopefully there will be some mods available on consoles for you guys!

I know I am on the minority here, but I don't think The Last of Us IS as "revolutionary" as The Witcher III here. Don't get me wrong though, I enjoyed my time with The Last of Us. But I think that gameplay-wise, The Last of Us falls short with the AI and, in my opinion, average third-person shooter mechanics. What it makes up for this is the great story development, characters, etc. Also great music in both games I have to say, love me some great video game soundtracks. Ther...

@Fez

Great counterpoint. On to your question though, if you have the time to, it'd be great to play through the first two. That is, if you have the time though, and time is something we all need more of lol. If you are quite busy, then just playing The Witcher 3 is fine. Personally, I enjoy seeing a series evolve with each installment (partly why I started playing Final Fantasy from the first game!). But it all comes down to your choice in the end, as either choice is fin...

I remember getting some of these ninja defuses off. They are extremely hilarious and intense, but once you get it, you feel so badass lol. I remember how my whole team (premade) just hid and then went in for the ninja defuse, just trying to sneak past the enemy. Sadly... not all of us made it to the bomb :'(

Oh boy! This game is one of the most popular competitive shooters and competitive games in general! Truly is an example of how its gameplay has made it survive all this time.

Pretty decent list I think. But it is missing Overwatch!

I just wanted to post a YouTuber's video here because it deals with this very issue of online-only or multiplayer only games. It is by Super BunnyHop and I encourage you all to watch it because I think it is very insightful.

https://www.youtube.com/wat...

It's a great video on the issue because many people do not understand why it is fine to have multiplayer only games. Granted tho...

Hey guys! I am seeing a lot of comments about Titanfall failing because it needed a solo campaign. In fact, I see people say that multiplayer-only games should have lowered prices. I just want you guys to look at this video by Super Bunnyhop (George Weidman) about this whole "Online Only" thing. I feel like everyone should watch this because it highlights some very important things in regards to the past multiplayer-online shooters compared to nowadays multiplayer shooters.

I just want to point out that the Middle Eastern people have advanced our race greatly. You know algebra? The origins of it have been traced back to the Babylonian era. Also, a lot of advancement for Mathematics has been in the 9-10th century. There is a lot of information on that site with regards to how Muslims and many of the Middle Eastern populace have advanced Mathematics. It only stopped when a Muslim person (I forgot his name, sorry) basically declared Mathematics a heresy, which halt...

Just a quick note, which Deus Ex game did you play? He doesn't have a hand in making Human Revolution and Mankind Divided if you played those because he made Deus Ex 1. I will be honest, I do not like David Cage's games. I don't feel they are designed well, but that is just my opinion. This guy makes very valid points, but that doesn't mean that I don't like Uncharted and The Walking Dead. He makes a point in how they are basically scripts that we follow because it is true...

I just want to point out that this person is a very influential game designer. Deus Ex 1 (not Human Revolution) is one of the pioneers of and popularized open-ended mission design and led the evolution for open-ended gameplay (basically, multiple ways to solve quests and missions in games). I am biased to say that the first Deus Ex game is MY favourite video game of all time, and I agree with a lot of his points. He makes a good point when talking about Uncharted, Heavy Rain, and TWD being ba...

@Insomnia_84

Even though convincing you may be futile, I just want to point out that Foehammer has a definite point. "If this controller seems too expensive, then you are not the target consumer." He/She could not have gotten it anymore right. This controller is called "Elite" for a reason. Comparing this to the Dualshock 4 controller is also not fair considering that this is obviously a higher tier controller and is not geared towards the non-competitive ...

Didn't Wasteland 2 release sometime last year? I was going to pick it up, but I decided to wait a bit more as I was busy at the time. Right now I am playing through Baldur's Gate 1 and Shadowrun: Dragonfall - Director's Cut because I have never played these old-school isometric cRPGs! And I am honestly having A LOT of fun! I recently backed Divinity: Original Sin II and I am super excited for it!

@dimasok
What's wrong with Star Citizen's though? They are making a hugely ambitious game that has not been done ever before. You are forgetting how huge of a game it will become, that is also why these things take time. The game started development in late 2012 and its only 2015. Games of this size (a la "MMO" size be it) take A LONG time to make. The game has an economy-system in it lol. They need the money to create such an ambitious project, and I trust Chris Rob...

Since Dark Souls was on this list already (pretty obvious choice lol, Gotta love the O&S combo!) there is another game that had a REALLY hard final boss. Ys 1! I just beat it a couple months ago, but DAMN, the final boss coupled with the epic music! The music was definitely one of the highlights of the fight, but the amount of projectiles on the screen was just crazy!
Final Boss Music (So epic!)

@neiT720

I really don't get it. Why do people ALWAYS bring up games from different platforms when going against another platform. It just annoys me how ignorant people are sometimes. What if people don't like those games you mentioned? And people always mention Arkham Knight's PC Port whenever someone else is bashing the current-gen consoles (which currently ARE underpowered a bit imo since they can't do 1080p/30FPS). PS3 had a GOD AWFUL SKYRIM AND FALLOUT 3 ...
