Crysis 1 is definitely the best looking game out there. And the gameplay of the original Crysis was quite different than Killzone 2.

Yup, seems like a bad thing with the execution through the walls, still i might pick this up later for Pc, maybe when it comes on steam sales.

The game could be generic or not, depending on the way you play it. The sandbox elements were great and combined with amazing physics it made up for some amazing moments. Destroying things gets a lot more fun, when everything reacts quite realistic. But really, Crysis was far from generic, it was quite unique (except for the horrible story), if you like it or not, is another matter.

I actually enjoyed the review, if you ignore the score which i think was a bit to high, 8.5 or 8 seems more appropriate.
For gods sake people, he never ever bashed Killzone 2. Just some stupid journalist who gains more hits, by applying his own very bad opinion to the article.
As far as i know, Crysis has sold about as much as Killzone 2.
Yeah, but he never said storyline only storytelling, there is quite a difference.

Crysis 1 are without doubt the best looking FPS in the world, KZ2 are competing with STALKER.
@ And much better effects? Improved shadows, better lightning, higher anti aliasing. Anyways, PC's cannot be counted in gens as consoles can.
