@cannon I say 'their console' as ps owners because I have seen in 3 years looking at this site probably about 4 or 5 Nintendo owners being as bitter and pointlessly picky as Xbox and PS fanboys, that point you're just nitpicking on. I haven't even played The Last Of Us, but I'v seen the first 20 minutes without knowing what game it was and I couldn't take my eyes off the screen. When 'The Last Of Us' popped up, I could understand why. Surely that, with a metacritic of like 10/10 is one of the best, or halo 3? Or bigger more expansive worlds like Skyrim and Fallout. GTA san andreas surely isn't the best game of all time.
I wonder if they'd had this game-focused direction at the design stage of the Xbox One, things might have turned out better than they were intended to. I also wonder if they'd shown something like Crackdown potential at launch, whether people would have been more accepting of the original vision.

I think only in the sense that it excludes other people, not that it's exclusive to one console. Street fighter V is still a PlayStation exclusive in mine and many others’ eyes. When halo wars comes to PC, I still think that benefits the Xbox brand as a whole and PlayStation can’t play it. That to me is an exclusive. Different leadership, different times and they were most certainly desperate for more sales to boost the huge losses they were making . Things are going much more smoothly now and Phil is leader and so far hes been very forthright.

I really hope this becomes another headline franchise for Xbox, so when people talk about Xbox, they think Fable, Forza, Halo, Crackdown, Gears, Recore etc.
PS4 has obviously won the gen in sales, but saying that it's a fight for second place is a bit silly, who honestly thinks that the Wii U will sell more than the Xbox one?
It's a game, made for fun, so I wouldn't object to young obi-wan kenobi or young anakin sywalker or young yoda just for fun.
But you people are just saying things that, as I stated, I wouldn't really 'get' how to pull off on PC. I'm an idiot, I can't successfully download all the emulators and the mods. I've tried before to no avail. I get a lot of disagrees for not being computer-smart basically because console are MUCH simpler than PCs and they're perfect for PC-idiots like me who want everything to just work.
I love the potential of the tech and can't wait for this game and (hopefully) the other (maybe even third party) games that utilize the tech, but really this list was a lot of ways of saying the same thing.

The single player on all the flagship franchises e.g Crackdown, Halo, Gears of war, Forza, Fable etc. has always been amazing to me. I chose xbox over playstation mainly BECAUSE the single player on these games appeals to me so much. I absolutely LOVE story in games, especially in single player and I would say the Xbox exclusive single player holds its own very well and I hope the trend continues in Forza, Fable, Gears of war and Halo 5 (best single player imo) this year :)

When I do get the money to grab a PS4, this and The Last Of Us Remastered are first on my list, from what I've seen they look amazing.
