I find it funny how people say this is a dumb move, but in actuality it's somewhat smart. If it's true that he has a "donations" box below a specific point within the site, than that's definitely cause for concern to bring up in court. If it does go directly towards him, he'll have to answer upon that.

The better question, is why did they bother releasing a 4GB system that's flash memory, and NOT a HD, if they make it so that you have to have a HD to play some of the recent games coming out to begin with?

See the funny thing is that hacking/jailbreaking isn't illegal, it's HOW people use it in which it becomes that. Look at torrents for example. Torrents are illegal, but people use it mostly for illegal stuff.

Gumtrol, it's easy to remedy back out. If that person contacts them with the info of the receipt and actual game, then they can be unbanned.
