"Tired of what you're seeing in the news today? Well here's even more of it."
He's free to post whatever. If you don't like the content, you're free to skip over it or filter it. He never said he doesn't want people to comment, just people who come here to complain.
Battlefield V had one of the laziest mechanics that would just obscure your vision. It was like they wanted some levolution to occur for players in the match but didn't have the time or resources to do it, and they just swapped between fog, sandstorm, etc for all the maps.
It's not the mods, it's the fact he was selling videos of it. They would've curbed it years ago when DOA5 came out if they were really bothered by it.
Razors edge fixed most of the major issues of 3 at least. But it's a shame that first release forever tarnished the name. But with Nioh 2 and the reaction to NG3 and DOA6, I have hope they won't repeat the same mistakes. I think NG3 was designed for a global of Western audiences, so they focused on cinematics and exposition over what fans play the series for.
"CD Projekt Red shouldn't be blamed entirely though. A part of the problem is us, the fans, who urged CD Projekt Red to stop delaying the game and release it already."
Yeah no. When I hear the CEO state they felt no pressure to release early internally and externally. I do not agree with this blaming the fans for someone else's problem mentality popping up. You also have to be naive to even think a company riding a 317 million dollar product would magicall...

So you saw the enemy attacks affecting the environment right?

It was complete and ready to go. If it was a performance issue it wouldn't be complete
It's not even a graphics problem, they blatantly show off events that never happen, animations that never happen, interactions that never happen, etc. Last of us 2 did this a couple years back when they showed off that demo that featured animations and triggers that never happen. Ubisoft did the same thing with Siege and Division. While the graphics tend to look around the same for some games, those cinematic moments never happen in any of those games. Just look at the Bioshock infinite t...
If you read the CEO's own words he's already screwed himself because he stated "They felt no internal or external pressure to release early" so in other words, they can no longer use that as a defense nor did they bow down to anything. Even if he was lying about that, it's too late now for him to go back on it. I feel most of the comments made about the current gen versions running surprisingly well were nothing but puff pieces similar to other statements made, like the ...
The ironic part is if CDPR can prove they were pressured by the investors to release early, then their whole case gets thrown out.
There's a bunch of things that were shown off in gameplay that were mysteriously cut in the final game. I'm not talking about the formally announced cut features, but there were things shown off not even 2 weeks to 2 months prior just gone. Like they talked about the game having a challenging weather system that would pose a threat to your survival, an actual wanted system with Police changing based on what district you're in, and they even had 4 different styles you could adhere ...
The bugs are not the problem, they always get fixed. The actual game is so devoid of any of the things that everyone else has as a staple. Gigs are thrown at you nonstop by people you just met over the phone, crafting and upgrades are useless since you get better gear all the time, traffic functions are just following a path and never deviating which is something even GTA3 did better in 2001. Trying to use the leg implants to parkour up the buildings results in everything turning glitchy beca...
There's no difference aside from the first 5 minutes of the game and some dialogue options that pop up the rest of the game.
Crunch is not a video game exclusive thing, but people think yammering on about it will ever magically fix it. People are attacking him under the pretense he's supporting it, and regardless if he is or isn't, just being against it does absolutely nothing for anyone. Complaints and boycotts can not fix this because it is connected to many different parts of a game. You either have a publisher with a deadline, a contract with a deadline, funding with limited budget, shareholders, or you...
There's fundamental issues with the game that have nothing to do with the graphics that tend to get overlooked. One example, coming from WItcher 3, I found it bizarre that every single food item granted the same exact effect whereas W3 each and every food item provided different amounts. There's also the AI being nonexistent, the game reloading assets just by looking away instead of hiding it, a lack of any animations for many things or the animations jittering around and clipping thr...
They tend to just give the Spyro games just fantasy themed subtitles over clever puns. So something like Spyro 4: Wrath of the Rhynocs or whatever would be what they would do.
They should've just added the genital and voice swapping options, but leave out parading it around like they did. All they did was invite a bunch of snobs who will never be satisfied unless they play a different game.
I played it on PC for a couple dozen hours before stopping because I didn't want to ruin the rest of the game due to bugs and the many design flaws and lack of content. They seem adamant to do something about it over the next something months, but I refuse to touch it until then. It's clearly lacking beyond the bugs/performance regardless of the platform.
