the problem with MW2 was the most powerful guns are unlocked off the bat.
The Famas and UMP45 are the best guns in the game and they give it to you straight away...

The majority of people hate MW2, most only play it because there is no other game out apart from hlao reach only on xbox so ps3 players are stuck too.
Astro A40's and Trittons are amazing headsets.
those headsets are 5.1
the corsair are 2.1, Ive got the astros right now, but I had the trittons and both of those headsets are good.
In short there are going to be many glitches and bugs, but as someone else stated its not the final build.
Some things will be fixed and others will be fixed when the mass population of players find them.
Not every bug will be found until its out.
But it just depends on how they respond to fixing the bugs.
PC gaming has had piracy for so long, its unlikely to change.
The thing is that I know there will be more versions of jailbreaks sometime in the future.
Because of the jailbreak the hackers can have unprecedented access to the console and look at other ways to hack it rather than just firmware.
There is no doubt that another hack is on the way, its only a matter of time. The main reason why the PS3 took so long to hack was the language it was written in was new to many...

its a shame, but they will keep the more active stores open. City/town centres are likely to stay open, the slightly more remote areas will close (IMO).
The problem with the dip in sales is mainly due to the internet. I can get the same game from another store on release date for £7 cheaper.
Im also sure that if its possible to move staff from one site to another, they will try to accommodate it.

Its pretty much pre-orders, Im sure game were given an allocation which they have now met just from Pre-orders.
I think Move sold fairly well so far, but for most people the PS3 is more of a media centre than just a gaming console.
Also, I have no idea why but in general xbox customers tend to buy all the additional stuff aftermarket.
Why dont PS3 customers buy all the add on equipment and peripherals?
the problem again like someone else said is Nintendo is first.
They will have a cheaper handheld.
The iphone and the DS are currently eating the market share up, and sony havent even done anything.

Thats exactly why MW2 is a terrible game.
Halo reach has good servers (most of the time, recent issues)
but I can play an american with a good solid connection, unlike MW2 where 1 player gets host and pretty much has an advantage above others, or even people close to the hosts region which makes it worse for other players.
aim assist in MW2 cannot be turned off.
Kill streaks are cool because they can all easily be shot down.
Famas and M16 are not overpowered, it takes 1 full burst with stopping power to get a kill.
The UMP however is retarded, so are the machine pistols (M93 Raffica has the same damage as the famas and m16)...
MW2 is a terrible game which I have refused to play for the past 4 months.
yea, I mean MOH wont beat COD this year but in the future it will.
COD has become boring, I will admit black ops is the last COD game I buy.
Activision did not allow infinity ward to support MW2, no matter how much outcry is coming from the community.
Other than call of duty activision dont have any significant console cash cows, more and more people are seeing guitar hero etc.. flop.
People realise how they are being extorted for DLC.

No i didnt disagree, I really dont care what everyone thinks of each console.
I just pointed out that MS offer a free repair service, My xbox has not red ringed, and my ps3 has not had the YLOD. I guess im lucky.

For sales to drop 80% means that many many people have already bought it.
It has to be mentioned that the F1 game is multiplat so theres anothe reason.
I agree with a few comments above about killzone, its an amazing looking game but its gameplay its very very klunky.
They need to improve it, as a AAA PS3 exclusive game it didnt sell amazingly compared to almost all the Halo's etc...

More people play Call of Duty games on the xbox than the ps3.
So why not add some extra support/DLC to the console which has more players?

Mw2 sold significantly more on the xbox.
But it wouldnt matter, eventually hacks are gonna make it to the xbox.
