I agree that 8 is a good score, but when he's claiming it'll be a "breakthrough", that isn't the kind of wording I associate with an 8.

It really isn't that hard to make level 20. I haven't had to lose any sleep and reached it within a week of owning the game.
I have a feeling the August update will also add a bunch of locked stuff, which will then "update" (unlock) when Nintendo sees fit as per the previous "updates".
At least I hope that's what's happening. It wouldn't be the same having to download all these small updates after getting so used to them just being there.
I can't speak for all the articles, but this one is actually about them trying to fix the PC version, so it's definitely on topic to complain.
This is honestly pathetic. There's no way the PC version should have run this much worse than the console versions on PCs many times the power of the consoles. It's just inexcusable. I understand that this is a great game, but they really screwed up the PC version. It should have been working well at launch.
That's because you can't miss something that's still around.
You do earn followers, and you can see a star rating for your levels, so that's an incentive to continue creating. As you get a higher rating you are allowed to upload more levels as well. This way better levels get more exposure.

That came out of nowhere. Like I knew he was a bit sick but not that bad.
I feel so sorry for the guy. He was hounded and criticized to the end. I'll miss his slightly awkward English speaking E3 presentations, I'll miss his grand visions for the future of Nintendo and gaming as a whole, and I'll miss his Iwata asks interviews.
Most of all, I'll miss the Nintendo he created. I only hope they can replace him with someone ...
Pocket has more features than the other versions except PC at the moment, including truly endless worlds, which not even the PS4 version has (although it does have really big worlds, just not endless).
