correct. crysis 1 on consoles is currently the best looking console game and has fully destructible MASSIVE environments and its a multiplaform. both consoles are roughly equal in power its just MS that doesn't have the first party talent to push their console as much as sony does this is common sense but some ps3 fanboys don't have no common sense what so ever.
even the pc verison of BF3 running minimun settings will look better than ANYTHING on consoles lol ust like...
lol pc is easily a generation ahead of consoles so I'm not really surprised. this game can easily make GT5 and forza 4 at their very best look like ps2 games as they are already a number of pc games that humiliate console games in such a way(pc is very capable of such a massive graphical leap over consoles and has been for a few years now)

lol the difference between ps3 and 360 isn't much at all so stop trying to make it look like ps3 is a generation ahead of 360 crysis 1 on both consoles looks amazing and features fully destructible massive environments and is still the best looking game on consoles.
devs are limited by consoles even a 2006 high spec pc is several times more powerful than ps3/360 what does that tell you ?

lol sales don't always equal quality besides it has as many pre orders as forza 3 did.
when a ps3 exclusive doesn't sell as much as a 360 exclusive but has better reviews and ratings you ps3 fans hold on to that and proclaim that quality>sales but when it happens the other way around you start talking about how sales figures are the most important thing.

nintendo has already said that wiiu won't be significantly more powerful than current hd consoles so what are you talking about ? if 720 and ps4 are a little more powerful than a console thats not that much more powerful than current ones then that would mean there will be no next generation leap so your comment fails

lol ps3 had similar problems with ff-13 yes ps3s where getting bricked by ff-13 so it happens it also happened with la noire.
besides the crysis 1 remake looks better than gears 3 and so does RAGE in some ways(although rage runs at 60fps with almost all effects, shadows,physics etc are prebaked) but yeah consoles are reaching their limits we aren't seeing leaps in graphics prowess anymore
look at the difference between killzone 2 and killzone 3 very minim...
those will be outdated by early nest year or didn't you get the memo ? a single nvidia high end kepler(gtx 670/680)or high end amd southern islands(amd hd 7950/7970) gpu will be between 3-4 times the horsepower of a single gtx580 so having 2 of those in crossfire or sli would destroy anything ps4 or 720 can come up with :/ PC FTW!!!!
in fact it will be a miracle if "next-gen" consoles are even as powerful as modern day single gpu high end pcs.

yeah looks like nintendo is pulling out all the stops but wii u won't be NEARLY as powerful as a modern day single gpu high end pc :/ its way too small to accommodate a cooling solution required by high end parts besides nintendo is being cheap as usual(thats why wii u doesn't support hard drives or even basic dvd playback) it will probably match a 2006-7 high end pc which would still be FAR superior to ps3/360

lol forza 4s car models looks better than gt5s premium cars and forza 4 does have better graphics and customization than gt5 but gt5 has more features(night racing)and cars(although 800 of them are straight from ps2 and look like crap)
so it all depends on opinion really they both have their strengths
a $1000 would be able to max it out(using a single gtx580 should run ultra 1080p 60fps with max AA and AF but a gtx 590 would be needed for full stereo 3d) if you get the parts yourself from newegg or something
even a $265 pc from 2010 easily DESTROYS consoles

crysis 1 on both platforms runs at very stable framerate with the 360 running at 1152x720 while the ps3 runs at 1024x720 so the 360 version is superior as it has stable frame rate and runs at higher res I've played both they both look better than crysis 2
