Yes, the beta is over The game is launching on Tuesday.
I hate to be critical because I enjoyed the beta but this review is based on the beta which is likely receiving even more updates prior to launch?
Shouldn't it be a preview then and not a review?
Yeah, I finally made the decision to pick this up. Will have to wait until I get home Tuesday night though.
Amazon has offered credit while also offering dlc as well.
I think it's actually been pretty odd that Amazon hasn't had any deals on either Bulletstorm or KZ3. They're running a pre-order deal on MvC3 but I've honestly been waiting for something for the other two as well.
Yeah, I think part of the problem is MS's reticence to announce titles far out in the future. They've done this every time through the past couple of years and then they announce stuff starting around the time of GDC all the way through E3.
What about if they are core games with an option to be Kinect-enabled (a la Killzone 3, SOCOM 4, etc)?
GDC is probably the best bet to start seeing announcements.
It seems like they have to say this every two months or so.

Latest from MSFT: Kinect number is indeed sell-in. However, as per @aarongreenberg no inventory, pretty much all of them have been sold thru
Yeah, I saw a bunch of people start to give out beta keys today and thought it odd knowing that the beta was going to end in a day or two.
Yeah, I'm still on the borderline only because I know I will get sucked in and there are so many other games coming out over the next couple of months too.
Look at the list of people who approved that. I'm not on there. I never approved that and never would.
A FAIL is you!
That seems more like skeeball than Putt-Putt. Still cool though.
Two different games running on different engines and on different systems with a dramatic difference in release date?
Why was this approved much less written? This is just fanboy flamebait.
Probably trying to figure out how to get players to swing properly without holding something. That's an advantage that the Wii and Move have as far as golf games go.
Golfing games aren't for everyone but they have a following...
It lived before Tiger Woods and it will live after Tiger Woods.
Tiger Woods will be dead (metaphorically) unless he can get back to his winning ways. Nobody cares whether or not he's gone to rehab and is a good guy now. They want to see a winner.
Actually, it is 24 hours. Not 48.
But yeah, that needed to be changed more than the 15 days to 30 days.
I'm sorry but you played in a level-capped beta with only two characters. In other words, you played an incomplete game in a short timeframe while barely skimming the surface of the gameplay, character, mission, and other features of the game.
In all honesty, you should have waited until the game launched on Tuesday then played the game for 2 to 3 weeks and THEN wrote your review.
