Socom has a large fanbase and likely a few buyers yet to get a Ps3.

Computer games are huge - memory wise - and are going to get larger.
Music files are small and are easily downloadable. Not so with computer games.
You have the lengthy delay to download. Even though this will improve, so too will the size of games increase.
You pay extra to your ISP for net usage.

Although the Ps3 got off to a slow start there are clearly indications that 100 million is very achievable.

If you are going against a raw recruit then let the soldier behave like a raw recruit including the possibility of messing up or panicking or even being shell shocked.
If you are going against a hardened veteran then he's not going to be an easy target and may wait for you to come to him or simply hunt you down or organize a team to flush you out.

haven't played for a few days. Just started Act 3.
But come on shallow? I have a hobby of film script writing plus I'm a reasonably experienced GAMER - can clearly identify the good and bad of both.
But the cut scenes are too long. The game should have been structured to ONLY include short cut scenes and those scenes obviously written to take account of this - to get the story through to the player. Allow the game to flow from cut scenes to ga...
and I'm confident Sucker Punker productions will deliver a great game as they did with Sly cooper. They won't be another Free Radical with Haze.
Should be a great new series for them as Resistance is for Insomniac. In a way, Sucker Punch is like a little brother of Insomniac.
This game will deliver.
Would be a better proposition for HOME rather than dressing up the human ones available.

Developers jumped on the 360 bandwagon - or were paid too - early.
Now that they see the tide is turning in favour of the Ps3 in the NEXT GEN battle, they are now starting to produce more rpgs for the Playstation.

If true who cares. The Ps3 owners still get to enjoy the great franchise as much as the 360 owners.
Let Microsoft waste their money. They are beating a dead horse by buying timed exclusives. The tide has turned against the 360 and they should just accept that they did better with the 360 than they did with the xbox but they have lost the next gen war.
Bring on the 720 or just go purely games developer....for the Playstations or Wiis and make alot of money instead...

Had Sony just gone for a complete new controller, the Playmote then developers would have found it easy to implement the controls into their games - especially when looking and aiming cold be as fast as using a Mouse.

That GG are looking at CoD4(the true Halo killer), Gears of War, RB6, R1 and even Halo itself and identify the successful aspects of each of those games.
Then copy, modify, adapt and improve(deltanism) then implement them in KZ2.
If GG would do this then there's no way in hell KZ2 would fail nor score less than 9/10. It's just the most obvious thing GG should be doing.
