Multiplats should look the same or better on the Wii U than the two other consoles. IF there IS a bad-looking Wii U port than it's a lazy developer who did the job.
If you want the best graphics possible then just buy the PC version

Although you are making a point, you're not using thr best analogy. VHS was very comparable to DVD (marketing campaigns ensured DVD persevered); Bluray was a bigger leap quality wise than the DVD was from the VHS.
I doubt anyone will die in this. Sony and Microsoft keep breathing life into their consoles which will be enough to compete with the Wii U for a while, just like the Wii U will have to compete with the other next-gen consoles even with inferior hardware.

I would completely agree with you if Microsoft and Sony were forced to release new consoles within a year or two but nothing says they will.
They have invested a lot into their current-gen consoles and will keep on going as long as they can compete (specially since the Wii U is comparable to them).
I think we will see that graphical leap, but it will NOT be within the a year or two. Since the PS360 are not much behind the Wii U, Microsoft and Sony will just let them compete against Nintendo.
Once they can offer something substantially more advanced, then we'll truly see next gen (2015 I'd say, call me crazy, my opinion).
You should if you haven't bought the 3DS yet and you like handheld games. I know I will.
The Wii U will have the cost and amount of games advantage by the time the PS4/720 come out. However, all of them will also be competing against the PS3/360 at the same time.

Regardless of what they do, this game can't possibly be as bad as RE5.
Everyone should have both systems by now. I don't have Live activated anymore, but when the 360 came out it was a great system to own.
I love Shin Megami Tensei, religious references can be cool in games (even if blasphemous to some)
The technology isn't good enough either, but a any start is a good start. Kinect 2 better be close to Leap Motion or screw it, I won't consider it.
This year, Blops 2 probably is.
