Source of said developers saying this?
I would guess you're referring to either/both Arkham City and AC3 and if so please refrain from hearsay; I hope you find the lack of faith legitimate.
wrong post
Yes it was an excellent movie game.
Which reminds me, did anyone play that other Lion King game for the PS1?
Play both.
To me, it very well represented some of the bad things that came along the 3D era: tutorials for the most ridiculous of things and focus on running around for loot/coin collection (exploration was the gimmick of 3D gaming) and of course, easy games.
Of course a lot of good things came out of that era but not without...
:(
Another glorious title I won't get to enjoy
:'<
The first one is still to come to the West
AAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRGGGGGGGGGGGG GHHHHHHHHH
Someone should tell this to Nintendo, since their launch titles will be 720p, and they made the console of course.
My copy of Gundam Seed Battle Destiny and my download of Assault Gunners strongly disagree with your statement.
If you want a challenging game, don't play any recent Mario games plain and simple.
I personally can't have fun by ending up with 99 lives everytime or by just awing at the beautiful levels if level design isn't what it used to be.
I've never played with most 1st generation consoles except for the Magnavox Odyssey and have no interested in doing so. My prejudice is strong against consoles without separate controllers such as the "winner" of this article.
Xbox actually comes from Direct X box.
You should mention Famicom (family computer)just for reference.
The N64 was named so for being a 64-bit color consoles (in comparison to the 32-bit Saturn and PS).
Jesus, so much negativity!
It'd be happy if they made an RPG down the road for the PS3 but doubt it, and not because it'd be too late down the cycle (Persona 4 did it c'mon) but because of what you've said, they haven't done one Sony game.
Maybe in the Wii U? Even a remaster of The Last Story? Anything better than nothing.
I wasn't able to run Heavy Gear 2 a few years back either (even though you're supposed to now I guess) so I understand your frustration.
Regardless, BC is still a negligible issue with PC gaming. You have PS2, GC, PS1, Wii, N64, DOS, C64, Atari 2600, you name it, emulators ahoy (expect 360/PS3 in some years), but this is something you already know (plus all post Win98 era games mostly without patches [15yrs worth]).
The article you mention is a non-is...
Yeah many people find trackballs butt-ugly on controllers (so do I), but they're undeniably more accurate than analog sticks (specially in shooters) since they're position-tracking devices (like mice) and not rate control devices.
Check it out, I promise it won't bore you that much lol

It's just as izumo_lee explains, vsXIII is embedded with Fabula Nova Crystalis everywhere.
FFXV will be a new entry with new lore, new story and new references to itself (meaning no Etro, no l'Cie, no fal'Cie, no Orphan just like you'd never see Ultimecia, Jenova or Zeromus in any other numbered game but their own).
vsXIII being renamed to XV is very very very unlikely to happen
very unlikely
PC has no games to play?
over 30 years worth of games prove your statement wrong
Plus no concerns with BC or things such as life cycles
I'm where I want at Bayonetta, DMC3, DMC4 and the Souls games because I played enough.
For a second I thought they were serious about Skyrim lol
Trackballs are a lot more accurate than thumbsticks, plus that's as close as you can get to mouse support without resorting to a trackpad (or an actual mouse) from which a lot of these mobile games would benefit.
or Red Dead Redemption!
C'mon Rockstar do it!!!!!!!!!!
