Definitely not lackluster, specially for a handheld game.

Man, I love XSEED, they usually deliver with games that otherwise we wouldn't get to play.

At least get us Ys Celceta PLEASE!

Why do people get so upset at others saying that Mario is milked?
Why do the other rest get upset that Mario gets so many games?

If you enjoy all the iterations of Mario, good for you, keep on enjoying Mario.
If you don't, well don't buy any of it and play something else.

But nah, keep on talking about this topic into oblivion.

@GribbleGrunger

I somewhat enjoyed Eye of Judgement lol but I think it'd be a game more fit for the Vita than the PSEye.

I still want an AR Yu-Gi-Oh! Game regardless.

Most of the tech demos at E3 were running on the same card so they can more or less fairly compared.

Either way, standards will probably be set by UE4 as it usually has been.

I'm pretty stocked for next-gen, however I'm also worried that next-gen consoles won't be up to t...

I was very impressed when I found out it was done on a GeForce GTX680.
Hopefully it has set a new standard for all those developing next-gen engines (I'm still looking at you Epic).

I'd love if we had more SS candidates for any arcana instead of just one. I'd give the game more replayability just like P3P FES.

Variety in dungeon design would be cool too!!

You've just described Nintendo's milking very well. Nintendo has found an efficient way of selling their software by attaching Mario to it. Yes, there is variety on what it is (party, sports, platforming, etc) but it's still milking down to the root regardless of how you sugarcoat it.

It works for Nintendo; it works for its market/consumers; it'll probably always work and be successful, but it's STILL milking the Mario name.

Definitions go...

Only the main consoles Mario games are the ones that really interest me to be honest. I have expectations for this game and I'm sure we'll see something new.

Just this year there will be 6 Mario games:
Mario Party 9, Mario & Sonic at the Olympics,Mario Tennis, New Super Mario Bros. 2, Paper Mario 3DS and New Super Mario Bros. U.

This is super milking, I don't think any other franchise does this (probably because it's the best-selling worldwide too).

I won't lie, I'm only getting it on release day because of Cross-Buy.

4960d ago 2 agree0 disagreeView comment

That's like, your opinion, man

4960d ago 0 agree2 disagreeView comment

Hopefully Criterion pushes hardcore for Cross Buy like they considered at one point.

Man, it can't come soon enough.

It's simple

I find it odd that some of these are myths to begin with

>Donkey Kong 64 is a massive game. The Wii doesn't have enough storage space.
>massive game

The maximum size of the N64 game cartridge was 64MB

>The Wii can't handle games that used the Super FX chip. The Super FX chip is too hard to emulate.

Why is this even being debated? (rhetoric question)

4961d ago 3 agree0 disagreeView comment

Only if the Wii U interface for games becomes successful then they should.
