I think more people watched MS also(at least live),.. PC players because MS is now the PC pre-show,.. because no exclusives,..
We all knew at least smaller console was coming,...So that was interesting,..
I mostly watched to see how much more MS will fuck themselves up in console market place,.. And was not disappointed. Also Sony was at 3 AM ,.. so many in Europe could not watch it live either.
Just from their published games(those that are on steam or wherever) and windows store,.. Why would they get money for other people's software and games on an open platform,.. They wish they could though,.. windows os would be dead in a week if anybody had to pay license to MS ,.. They do get money for OS though,.. (if someone buys Windows,.. it is apparently free now)
I am pretty sure some people can adapt,.. and some cannot,.. It is not for everybody to begin with,.. It is like sea sickness,.. Some people puke for months , some are ill for few days and get used to it quicker. I did hear many people had problems with resi 7,.. because how the movement works,.. but we will see.
No it certainly wont help them in console market unless they managed to make it insanely cheap (which I doubt),.. but I think they are probably leaving consoles in general, since now it is almost 0 incentive to buy this instead of just playing/ upgrading on PC. So maybe Scorpio will give fans a better goodbye then just cutting and running.

It is a bold move,.. but also the fatal one for them in both spaces. They made their box totally irrelevant. If you think xbox brand is struggling now,... you haven't seen anything yet,.. It will end up being a windows app and potentially a PlayStation app down in future.
Think they just dropped reso/post-processing a bit for VR... Textures must have taken a hit also,.. because game looks almost photo realistic sometimes. that tape transition made me think I was watching a cutscene for a few seconds,.. That would blow my mind in VR I am pretty sure of it.

A bit worried how all this will work without blades / static camera and choreography , but knowing Santa Monica,.. it is going to rock anyway. Hell they made me care about Kratos as a character more in 5 minutes than entire previous 3 main games.

Mincraft ,.. especially Carmack,.. hell I felt embarrassed for him. That was sad,.. Don't think the acting/live demo compilation for Sea of thieves was bad at all,.. Felt pretty legit ,.. maybe editing was the cause of it looking fake,.. but we see much worse at Ubi every year. (but yes it is forced but it shows coop pretty well)
