I am excited, because I still think Ico is the pinnacle of game design on every level.
Blizzard is pretty decent,. Rockstar does not know RPGs and Bethesda just sucks on so many levels.
As far as RPGs go,.. there is only Fromsoftware,.. Everyone else is so far behind it is not even funny.
They went very nuts already,.. So nuts in fact, that the xbox brand is globally irrelevant.
Safe is awesome,.. DKS3 and U4 are awesome,..U4 improved combat a lot (plus way better climbing/traversal and they added rope for swinging) How on earth would you improve Dark Souls at all that is the question( except maybe make it look as good as Bloodborne),.. Games are perfect,..I Like Bloodborne's combat flow a bit better, but is Souls are slower games in general. Still DKS3 maybe not my favorite Souls,.. but still clocking 300+ hours.
Innovation is way overrated.
Wanna bet good old PS4 will be outselling Neo, Scorpio an Xbox One S combined.

@Kurdishcurse It could not be longer,.. games like Inside and Limbo would start to drag,.. Think they pretty much finished at the right point,.. It simply does not have enough mechanics to sustain a long game. Experience was very good though.
Also the normal ending of boy and his blob is really a downer

Sony does not have to buy shit,.. They get games from their long term friends. And exclusives show what systems are capable off hardware wise when they try to code to the metal,.. That is why Bloodborne looks better then DKS3 at 4 K or whatever,.. Geometry and detail in that game are denser by 10:1,.. That is just a fact,.. I just hope PS5 has physical BC. (at least for PS4 games) Especially since I think the age of very unique chips is over and they go with standard X86 instruction set. Got robbed plentifully while trading in some of my PS3 games (Since machine was stolen,.. and could not buy another one) So BC would be great.

State of Decay is actually the only title that made me wanna buy Xbox 360 (that and the hype Shadow Complex and Gears got,... (Shadow is ok, and Gears is decent at best) Good thing State of Decay is on PC,.. Had insane amount of character and underlying gameplay mechanics (just insane amount of gameplay mechanics there),.. and yes certain things are a bit clunky but game has ambition and charm rarely seen in games
Makes less sense for Nintendo to just go publisher as it does for MS and xbox brand... Nitty has just enough IPS to warrant a machine. Don't think MS does though.
this,.. plenty of better games,.. add Doom DKS3 and probably even Ratchet ,.. Game is good but people make it out to be better than it really is.
