Xbox Live was revolutionary for it's time though and leaps and bounds beyond what Sony and Nintendo were doing.
I'm sorry but if you buy games for a ecosystem like Xbox or Playstation it should policey at this point to be able to continue playing them like you can on PC when you upgrade.
This is only a positive step and anyone spinning it as a negative is the brain dead of the situation.
Also most are upgraded and work better than they ever have. Next up HDR and other enhancements. Just because your system of choice doesn't do it...don't get salty

The only recent Sonic game worth a mention is Sonic Mania.
They release way too many Sonic games that quality is in the toilet.🚽 They should have released Mania this gen only and worked on DLCS and support for it. Would have payed off much more than releasing other average to poor versions.
There's literally no hype for new Sonic games because they release so many each generation and only 1 ends up a great game if that.

We desperately needed some more enemy variety so i love it. I was tired of the Prometheans after 2 games of them where 90% is just them.
Also yes needed a strong protagonist again. Great news about the Banished. I love the Halo games where you have strong enemy variety most..
