Hope so.....Call Of Duty ran themselves into the ground. Nobodies fault but their own. Now with nowhere to go COD:IW starts to copy Halo. There's a long list of things it has ripped off just from the trailer/beta. Bungie (most of the stuff from Bungie era Halo) should sue. From the pelican design, to the rocket laucher (even named Spartan?), to ripping off the design of the character Jorge from Halo Reach, to adding Arena/Seasons on playlists, to basically the assault game mode and design...
Of course he's going to say that now when this time next year they will have the weakest console. PS4 Pro can't do native 4K....yet I keep reading people who seem to think it can. It's not powerful enough and never will be. It's essentially PS4.5.
I'm waiting and possibly won't buy the standalone either. Call Of Duty 2 was the last COD i really can say I loved. I played them all up until MW1 but Call Of Duty 2 360 online.....loved it.
How a game 'performs' in terms of sales means NOTHING to me. Aside from I like to see good devs do well financially.
In terms of Call Of Duty vs Battlefield sure COD will possibly sell more (almost always does)....does that affect me and everyone else?
Everyone with a brain wants good content (hopefully a good DLC practice and not a rip off) and a well-crafted game. Nothing more. Sales? Don't care. Doesn't change my opinion of whether a game is good...
Too hard to be fun?! Challenge is fun. Regardless of challenge Dark Souls is a really fun series and very playable.
I love the series because of the gameplay, art direction, sound and many other reasons. So yes....to me it's a fun series. I've finished all 3 almost and it's my fave series of games in many years.

They are pretty refreshing when every game released these days holds your hand and points to you exactly where to go 90% of the time.
It's so bad on the new Hitman I had to turn off all the help options. Also really still quite refreshing there's no long 'todo' list in Dark Souls. Some games come off as just a long list of things to do and collect, the way Dark Souls handles discovery of it's lore and items is really well crafted IMO.

That would be because there are only 3 Dark Souls games. Different universe to Demon Souls and Bloodbourne.

For one Dark Souls (DS1) and Dark Souls 2 have quite a few different mechanics between them even if the first entry is considered better. They wouldn't and thankfully have not made many changes to how online works and 'summoning' each other for Coop & PvP....
I've owned a PS4 and you can not compare either the PS3 or PS4 pads to the Xbox 360 or Xbox One controllers.They are among the best gaming controllers ever made. Especially the Elite controller.
The PS4 pad may be tech-laden but in terms of quality of controller MS wins hands down. Also the Xbox One controllers rumble in the triggers is a good addition....something that Nintendo are about to use on their pads/buttons.
You can't compare the pads of PS...

To me it doesnt seem that long ago when I sank hours into these game....too early for remasters I think.

Don't try to speak for all fans. I'm a Halo fan and loved to various degrees each and every Halo release so far. They've all brought something to table, be it amazing multiplayer, introducing Firefight/Horde, Amazing campaigns and almost endless content of the MCC.

Saying that I did enjoy getting my Warlock to Lv.27, the grind past that I can't be bothered with though. Not enough content make me want to get to Lv.30. I did get a super cheap version of Destiny with all DLC though so will play the DLC somewhere down the line. No rush tho...
They don't have more money than MS. Song still have to be carefull with cash, PS is the only thing going well for them at the moment. MS will see this and just spend double.
