Yes and this is how. Nvidia has already showed off an ai creating a drive through a street completely made in cg. For a game you would only have to make the building blocks for where certain objects will go and the Ai will generate the image in real time every time, add some path tracing and boom. iT's eAsY.

Note: I am a fan of Nolan, Troy, Travis and Laura but will AAA games please realize they there isn't only 4 voice actors for video games. There is a LOT of untapped talent out there but it doesn't seem like anybody wants to give them a chance.
Tonys animations look spot on Iron Man. I just feel like Nolan/the writers don't realize the character is Tony Stark not Nolan North, he just sounds like Nathan Drake in a tin can. Thor looked cool but oh man the animations fit but they also looked ripped from God of War.

Why would they want to. It's a competitive market but the companies are generally pretty friendly with each other. Also having generally similar hardware is a benefit to everyone because porting theoretically wouldn't be as much work.
I've made a conscious effort to balance my scale better. 7/10 is a good game. But we've been spoiled with amazing PS4 games lately and Days Gone seems to be a little more mediocre so maybe compared to what we expected/hoped it might be "bad" in comparison.
Is the snow just a screenspace video? It doesn't look like it has any real depth.(I might be wrong, the video is crazy compressed and only 720p) Besides that I'm sure I'm making this sound simpler than it is, but it seems like everything is switching between shaders over time, the same way visable damage is applied to models but with snow and on a massive scale. The scale I think is impressive and watching it go from nothing to snowing is definitely a satisfying thing. I'm sur...
