2. The noise levels of the console
3. Cross play and cross save support
4. Proper backwards-compatibility
5. PlayStation Now isn't tempting enough
I feel like they're just answering questions how they're expected to and not really thinking through what each stance could be.
ie "Does it seem a little late to require PS5 compat. for PS4 games starting july?"
No i CAN'T be done much earlier, you would likely need to get a LOT more dev units out in the wild which means more leaking for a console that we haven't seen yet as well as some aspects still being tba.

Teraflops never mattered to any developer. It's just a number from multiplying core counts and frequency, ignoring EVERYTHING else in a system. Once MS premiered XBOX with the TF numbers every news outlet started talking about it because it's a simple number for brainlets to argue about.
It sounds like both consoles will be absolute beasts but for now everything is theoretical until we have the games in our hands and had some time to learn the hardware.

You're the reason devs focus too much on graphics. Raw power isn't even on the podium of importance. And this Terraflops contest is something literally no dev uses as a metric. It's only a physical calculation of cores and frequency, it has nothing to do with how well something performs even in synthetic tests.

I don't expect anything new in this article (especially cause it's gamingbolt) I'm I so excited for this console that I don't care. Just everything I hear about it is so cool and I adore how they've approached making this thing. It's really something that screams THIS IS FOR RUNNING AWESOME GAMES.

I really have no opinion here, just an observation.
This article is a product of change. There will always be the nay-sayers BUT like LITERALLY always the games will look like shinier PS4 and XBO games for some time.
Look at Super Mario Bros and Super Mario Bros 3 for a clear example of learning what time can do for games.
