My opinion on it. Still excited for FF16 I don't really care to see any trailer. MGS Delta trailer was SICK, great metaphor and I didn't know what it was until the end. Spider-Man 2 still seems to have mediocre writing but traversal and Queens got me excited and that Fall release date is AWESOME.
Ghost Samurai 0 (or whatever) seemed neat, animation looked too smoothly put together, I wonder how that will actually play.
Grand Blue Fantasy is something I was hyped for ...
It was just a normal showcase. I don't get why so many people expected golden titty milk to drop in every show. This stuff has to be paced out and games take longer than ever to make.
This happens every freaking showcase. There will never be a great showcase because everyone wants different games and if not enough of the games YOU want are in it then it's automatically labeled bad. Wow, what a concept.
What an incredibly nice headline to see.
I do have faith that it is as polished as they claim as it's still a whole month out and there are already a preview embargo lifted. I won't be surprised if review codes go out well in advance of release date. Whereas too many games lately have done so only the day before or effectively not at all.
I wouldn't place it high up in the list of reasons but I could seeing it being a factor.
FF has SUCH a history with PS it would have taken a LOT for anyone else to partner. SE probably had some intentions from the start and are smart enough to get some cash and resources out of SONY up front.
The answer is somewhat more complex. It's not a long article. And it's such a clear and obvious answer that I don't think a reasonable person could say it's just about the money.
To a degree but the FF audience has been Playstation sided ever since FF7 in 1997 people who are fans of the series probably got a PS; at the very least fewer Xbox owners are fans.
I have no clue how you think Gamepass is a factor in this game.
The reason is what's stated. Sony gave them money and resources for improving the games performance. They also get the relief of only having to optimize for a single system.
I don't known if you know this but you're the most iconic commenter on this website, at least to me.
I knew if I went to a bigger news story I'd find you. This one was literally my first attempt. I just think it's cool to have that kind of recognizably in the chaos of the internet despite just being one of the spectators. Like an N4G community thing. Anyway, I've gone on this Fox-chase probably because I'm putting off going to bed. Bye bye.
Is there a more iconic commenter on N4G than Foxtrot?
You know who I mean don't you.
We all recognize that pfp when we see it.
Is there anyone else like that here, someone you see in many comment sections?
With a game that's big draw is to explore at your own pace, it's baffling to me how many guides there are. Of course they have to be made, but it also flies in the face of the core design of the game.
Zelda is in such a weird spot for me because I know what I want the games to be but I know they wont ever be but because I have this idea of what could be it's hard for me to give it a personal score of 10/10. I don't think that's really fair to the game but also personal scores have no real rules. I rate what I rate based on my enjoyment and try to not be so objective.
A 10/10 can almost be framed as "I can't imagine how this could be better" but what do yo...
I wasn't playing OW2 often before but I'll tell you right now there isn't a single Blizzard file on my computer.
No it's not. The game is dead because of this. For 4+ years resources were taken away from the game we were invested in already. People did not buy into it at first for the potential single player content, we liked the hero shooter. They staked too much and took away too much dev time on a gamble that would never be as successful because that WASN'T what Overwatch was!
I was already pissed with OW2 and other stuff around it, when this news came out I usinstalled the client. I...
No. Activision tore down their studios and turned them into COD. Ubisoft is making their other games just as before, this is just an addition to their AC teams.
It seems like many are taking this info and just going "big company move mean bad company" Look I'm pretty sick of games taking 4-8 years to release. AC releasing 1-2 years apart is a great spot for me. The only one releasing this year is Mirage which is a smaller game than the RPG ones.
So what are people actually complaining about? Because adding to their workforce isn't directly good or bad.
Ubi still makes other games, adding to their workforce doesn...
Ubi does have other games.
Is N4G just going to be spammed with every simple shrine in TotK?
It wasn't bad. Pretty good, I'd say. People are sounding entitled. What were they really expecting? It was a random May showcase.
