You need thick skin and the ability to ignore things you don't like when playing online multiplayer games that are crawling with children.
It would cost way too much to get a high quality CRT anyway. Finding one would be really hard too. Of course you should get a 4k TV for PS5. That is what the games will be made in mind with. There is just no disputing the input delay advantage of a CRT.
The reason I use a CRT for retro games is because the input lag is extremely good. You have resolution and clarity at the cost of lag. You are used to it though so it isn't a big deal.
I love when someone can make a simple comment that doesn't even cross any lines, not rude what so ever... And people get so angry... over a video game. Like you actually affected people to the point they felt the need to lash out at you. That is so strange.

Well, the people that do this type of crap are typically the kind that won't last in prison. 15 months will feel like an eternity to him when his soft ass is getting pumped by whoever wants some in general pop. He deserves life, but this will be enough to scar him for the rest of his life.

Traditional sports games always have trash netcode. On top of that, most players use wifi.

Not sold on it yet. I think what messed me up was the whole mystery behind the initial reveal made my mind wander into greater possibilities. If this was the first thing I saw I might have been sold.

Sure they can. Just port the game again, add more DLC, give it a new title.

Please. I grew up in arcades. Arcade was always the superior experience. If you are a shut in then okay.
PS2 was the real killer of arcades and online gaming on consoles eventually put the nail in the coffin. Also the Crazy Taxi remark was just a jab, but go ahead and run with it.
