It's one of the most dangerous issues facing humanity in the near future. A.I. will dwarf our abilities as humans in every way, including military strategy. A.I will also take many employment opportunities away from humans.
People like Bill Gates and Elon Musk have been warning us for the last 5 years, but unfortunately I think people will ignore the warnings until it's too late.
More left wing political virtue signalling. I'm just not going to buy this game. I didn't buy BF1 , and CoD WW2 because of this nonsense, and I won't be buying this game.
These games are mean to warp young peoples perception of history, otherwise why come out with games based on WW1 and WW2? Why not just stick with modern and future themes where women are currently playing larger roles in the military and police forces around the world?
...
I'm sure we'll hear the usual ramblings from CEO Andrew Wilson, going on and on about the joy of 'play', and how 'play' should be at the heart of everything we do.
Edit:
I almost forgot, we're going to hear about CEO Andrew Wilson's love for the feminist organization called the 'He for She Foundation'. I'm sure that this year they will continue to force feed us their never ending virtue signaling garbage.
My thoughts exactly.
@ Jeece
Battlefield 1943 released in 2008 or 2009, so there has been a WW2 BF game within the last 10 years, and it was actually pretty good, especially for the price, which was $15.00 if I remember correctly.
Don't try to make Blackout Battle Royal to be some stand alone feature, because at the end of the day it's just another multiplayer mode. Activision's marketing seems to be working pretty good on you, and that's what they're counting on.
I wouldn't call 1/4 of all gamers who play CoD 'very few people'. If a CoD games sells 10 million copies, and 2.5 million end up playing the single player campaign, I would say that this is actually a fairly significant number of people. I know lots of people who consider the single player campaign of CoD to be part of the full package and a major part of the experience as a whole.
Well what are the antlers supposed to be useful for? Are you supposed to bend over and start running at an enemy?
Tiger Woods PGA Tour 2004, 2005, 2006, 2007 & 2008, nuff said.
War stories..... no thanks.
Cool, a dude with antlers.
Right, because game streaming has been so successful so far.... Nobody wants game streaming, unless you want to eat through your monthly bandwidth cap, and you like really poor resolution and muddy graphics.
I'll stick with PUBG. Fortnight is for kids, and CoD is irrelevant these days.
You gotta wonder if Sony is paying some developers to lower the resolution on Xbox One X. This is so stupid that it's funny!
Ohhhh, I see, so a little bit of pivot on the fly because of the negative reactions from the fans?
No thanks..
This game looks lie garbage. The single player campaign has always set the tone for each game, but without a single player campaign, this game is just another shooter. Too bad, since even though I haven't bought the last two major releases, I always get a little excited for what Treyarch puts out, but not this time though.
I'm really interested in this game. We'll just have to see if it has the same kind of magic that L4D had.
I was going to try out some of the Stalker games on Steam, but I had read numerous times that all of the Stalker games are buggy as hell, and the user interface is terrible. Perhaps if this game does things better I'll give it a go, but I'll have to wait for the reviews before I take a chance.
Gotta love these no-name websites and their armchair analysis, with their qualifications being that they've lived on this earth for a whole 18 years and played many hours of Call of Duty, Fortnight and Overwatch lol
