Playing GotG right now, so sad, shit was massively underrated z.
I’ll check out the beta. Seems like the Overwatch crowd is not happy with Overwatch 2, so maybe this will be an alternative. Overall kind of disappointed that it’s this type of game though. Unless they can find some way to distinguish it. We shall see, not getting my hopes up though.
Cool! Been meaning to go back to this one. Was fun, got it at launch, but was a bit rough around the edges so I set it aside for a while.
Never made it through the original, controls never quite stuck for me. Would be nice if you could just pay an upgrade cost if you own the original, but I doubt it. Will probably grab when it’s on sale though and give it another shot.
Dreadwolf was better. Or just Veilguard. Probably doesn’t matter, BioWare of old is gone, last two games they’ve released were steaming piles of shit so I have no hype at all. Fingers crossed though. Hope it’s good against the odds.

I’m curious to see how this is. I love Horizon, but it’s not a huge property in terms of cultural awareness. Also the Lego games tend to be a light hearted somewhat satirical take on the IPs they do, and I’m not sure how much Horizon really lends itself to that. Gameplay wise I can see it in terms of Lego bits flying off of the robots and such. I’m sure it will fun.
Bro the market is oversaturated with quality RPGs AND bloated shitty RPGs already.
Here here. I love Horizon but I’d be down to see Gurrola go back to their roots. Feel like Resistance is less likely, but god that would be awesome as well, lots of room for creativity there on the newer console.
Bout time. That shit ain’t happening. Lol. Maybe movies but pretty sure that’s not what people think when they read the box.
Cool. Will definitely be getting AstroBot. Probably not Concord. $40 isn’t bad though, assuming they don’t aggressively monetize it as well on the backend.
Great analogy. They see the Fortnite money and think maybe if they just keep hurling shit at the wall something will stick. Gambling with cumulatively billions of dollar AND people’s livelihoods. AA and indie is the future, unless AAA pulls their head out of their see which is unlikely
Yeah they’ve shown before that they have no problem showing teasers way in advance, so the fact there was no trade for any of the heavy hitting first party studios is quite concerning. I feel like there may be no Sony Santa Monica or Naughty PS5 only game this gen. Which is sad.
Cool! Great game. More people getting to enjoy it.
Oh fuck yeah. This might be the injection PSVR2 needs. Smart move.
The designs are fine. It’s just that everything in motion has a heavy level of jank. They are paying a AA studio to remake a AAA property though, probably was always going to turn out like this. Bloober Team is incredibly hit and miss.
Yeah. It’s still looks bad. Definitely not something I’d shell out $70 for. Looks like a me too RE2 Remake, but with worse combat.
Simply because I don’t know the length of the game. It looks substantial. But also, in terms of the IP, the other Astro Games have been great but have essentially been tech demos. If it turns out this is the same length as say Ratchet and Clank, then I’d be fine paying full price. If it’s like 8 hrs or something, then full price is a tough sell. I really don’t think it will be $70.
I partially understand it, but it really fucks over people who don’t have access to PSN. And I get where some just don’t want to create an account. At least they’re selling them on Steam, and not trying to have their own launcher. But seems like there should be a better solution.
I may be wrong but that’s not the character from Quantum Break. The actor who played the main character in Quantum Break plays the cop character from AW2, that’s the character in the DLC
