For the big name multiplats, consoles destroy pc game sales.
For f2p microtransactions, small indies and facebook games you would be correct.

MS is crushing Sony when it comes to money made.

They are closer to even than one is crushing the other.
Sonic the Hedgehog was awesome until they made his legs look long and skinny.
Rebrand Sonic to appeal to a Western audience and Sega could become great again.
Until then they will continue to be mediocre.
Sonys exclusives so far have been weak, some even disastrous.
Microsofts console has so far been weak, which has led to disastrous comparative results.
If Sony picks up its weak lineups it will crush MS.
If MS keeps churning out the better games they could go on to beat Sony.

I have a ps4 and an xb1 and i love them both, but you need a serious reality check.
Coorps are there to give you a product you enjoy so that you will give them your money.
There is no part of that process where the bosses care for the indiviual consumer or the consumer cares for the bosses.

If games dont get bought, devs will stop making them.
When games get bought, devs make better quality games.
If your version of the future becomes reality, it is inevitable pc will spiral downwards to a slow end.
If pc games cant be cracked, the following things will happen -
1) Initial pc hardware sales will drop
2) PC exclusives will become better quality
3) Microsofts PC integration with console games will pave the way for third party devs to feel safe spending more development time for better pc ports
PS4 and XB1 will have their great games, but PC will become the true place to play with better graphics and not how it is now where PC elitists boast...

Most of Forza Horizon 2 sales will have been digital.
Digital sales arent currently tracked anywhere, and you can take all game sales figures you have seen with a pinch of salt.

Menus should do 2 basic things -
1) minimal clicks to navigate to what you want.
2) duplicate menus should not exist. Eg three things on the screen taking you to the same place
Menus should be easy to use, not frustrating.
That's the same as any private sector company.
In a free market, in order to profit, you need to give your customers what they want, or they won't buy from you.
It's a vice versa relationship too.
I wont buy from a company because they are a company i might happen to like, i will buy from them because they sell me what i want.
