PS4 fanboys trying to convince everyone they have 50% more power over the XB1 and arguing over an extra blade of grass (lol), yet at the same time stating graphics don't matter when they talk to the 4k PC elitists.
PC fanboys stating their 4k 144fps modded versions are the best when the game isn't even released and everyone knows PC games never quite work properly, get shoddy ports or release years late...
What a sad state the pc gaming industry is in.
Hardly any new games on that list and most of them less than 1% of players play them.

The story is decent, the graphics are decent, the gameplay is very good.

Mods are way overrated.
At best they add a useless novelty feature.
At worst they add better graphics that most pc's can't even run properly.
Paid DLC offers a far richer experience than any mod.
