After completing the campaign and played MP quite extensively I can confirm that this game it the real deal. Great value.
You know I played through NieR and I just could not see what everyone else did. the combat was alright but the enemies and locations were bland. Also couldn’t get into the story. People say it gets better after multiple play throughs but I couldn’t bring myself to do it.
RE Code Veronica god damn it! I’d rather play it on the switch than my 1X.

I’ve played the other three substantially and this has me pretty pumped. My only question is that I didn’t see the gunfire games logo at the end. I understand that they’re not the ones developing it but I hope they have some involvement .

How will muting prevent players from booting for no reason or team killing for the heck of it? Does me picking the character you want warrant you to team kill me?
Well deserving. I traditionally prefer older style action adventure games like Ninja Gaiden and recently DMC 5 but this was very refreshing. It’s awesome to go from GoW4 to Darksiders 3 and now DMC in a short amount of time.
Meh. All these cry baby purists can suck a fat one. Devil may cry 5 is the definitive one but DMC rocked and got phenomenal reviews. You guys should just be happy the DMC future isn’t just pachinko.
If true this might actually get me leaning towards a purchase. But the other big factor is games. So far the only VR games I was interested in was a 7 year old one (Skyrim) and RE7. If it still doesn’t have games I want then it’s a no go.

Everything! The only gripe I have with the game was that the level design near the back half of the game was repetitive. I actually found that to be one of DMC reboots best qualities.
I know it may be to early to judge but after recently completed my second run through I can confidently say it is the definitive Devil May Cry game!!!
I guess I’ll just wait till I use it in action before I make a full judgment.

Meh everyone expects thing for free nowadays. You can’t tell me this game isn’t a complete package and could warrant a few cosmetics for an extra cost. I mean it’s not like you’d be forced to buy it.
