16.7 TFLOPS? That's not even close to the 7700 XT's TFLOPS. Hmmm, I know TFLOPS don't really matter but maybe the custom GPU in the Pro is about a 7700 XT - 7800 XT level on PC, that or everyone was wrong lol.
Still have my 5800X3D, not upgrading to a new platform for another year as the 5800X3D even beats the Core Ultra CPUs in some games, not by a lot but still impressive for a 2+yr old CPU. I have it paired with a 4070 Super and if the 5070 will be 16GB (probably not) I might upgrade to that. 😎
At the moment only the PC can do true 8K gaming, in any game but you need the GPU that can do it.

The hype is getting out of hand lol. Everyone makes it seem the PS5 Pro is going to perform a miracle, when it is actually close to a 7700 XT in performance with better ray tracing. People are making out to be something that it's not. It will be good but, just keep your expectations in check.
