This guy knows his stuff. I've been following his channel for a while. I would expect Sony to adjust the fans to compensate in the future, they have stated as much. I also expect this to be addressed in later models (the minor revisions) possibly by improving the contact area, changing the thermal paste or a combination of the two. The ram has higher thermals than it should for sure but I also think it's within tolerance. If he comes across as scathing in his analysis believe me he...
If you like COD it has mouse and keyboard support on PS5.
The vast majority of comments don't at all. That's just where your ideology took you. "Sexism it's everywhere I tell you..., silence the non believers..."
Not sure what the fuss is all about anyway, it's a junior role right?
It's not the standard for TVs. There's no technical reason. Allot of PC monitors at 1440p but it's really just a stop gap due to 4k monitors being very expensive given the market. Of course eventually the market will move to 4k as prices reduce.
@porkChop
You simply need to make it an opt in feature on upgrade. Tell the user they need to have space free and that's it.
A broken clock is correct twice a day.
Probably for the best. It would likely have embarrassed them.
Thats a fair point. Perhaps its not aimed at the core gamer audience.
I would argue that since American culture has been exported more in the last century than any other, that it's quite difficult to create an advert that appeals globally without embodying said culture. The example you site in fact had the opposite effect if i recall, no body could figure out what the fxck it was about. It's not an effective marketing strategy when people don't know what you're selling.
America doesn't really bother me, i quite like the country and its culture actually. Whats wrong with something being American? Would you have a problem if the advert came across as overtly Chinese, African or German?
lol. Your'e not wrong. I'm a little sympathetic though since i'm sure they would love to have more units available. I imagine they are doing their best.
Notice how they refer to gaming here as a whole rather than just gamepass. It's not the same. Guess you missed that.
Still only revenue I'm afraid
How much did that revenue cost, I.e what's the net profit/loss. And how much of it was to do with COVID-19
This is revenue only. Continuous net losses are not sustainable. Nothing here answers the question of whether it is sustainable or not.
Your calculation is a little simplistic don't you think.
Firstly there are very few service based games that do as well as fortnight.
Your figures do not include the DLC sold for Zelda.
It's also worth considering the ongoing cost of maintaining the service.
Finally single player games have a big enough audience that if you ignore it your platform appears lacking. What's more if you manage to have several ...

Absolutely priceless this guy. Turn the clock back a couple of years and he was belittling the significance of single player games. Now when they're finally in a position to make them they're important again.
He could sell a bullet in the head as a once in a lifetime experience.
That's because you said the series X would take 8 seconds.
I meant to say thermal pads
