Streaming games is not better than playing them locally, you could argue that Microsoft is making gaming worse.
You've not experienced the end game yet so I'd say it's a little early to call. Big budget games are not sustainable on such a platform.

How can anyone draw concrete conclusions when supply is constrained for both consoles. It's like locking the framerate in a game to 60 and saying look both consoles hit 60 they're of equal power.
And it will have it. It's not ridiculous, few games offer 120fps and the percentage of users that have TVs that support it is relatively small.
I'm not arguing that it's not a great feature. I look forward to the patch for sure. The point I am making is that given it's been promised in a patch, mentioning it constantly isn't going to make the Devs work any faster to get it out. Pretending they're some crusader fighting for consumers doesn't wash ...
Are they that arrogant that they think Sony jump every time they ask for something. It's been mentioned it's coming in a patch, it also been mentioned that it's not a trivial addition. Patience is all that's required, it's not like they've had to wait a year or more.
Keep highlighting it but it won't make them rush it out of the door.
Not surprised to be honest, Its a game that's optimized for Nvidia cards. Even then the performance tanks when you switch ray tracing on. DLSS saves the day.

From what i saw it performs worse than the series x. And the series x runs it in back compat mode. Both next gen consoles haven't received their updates yet. Seems to me that since Stadia has been so bad, running Cyberpunk worse than next gen consoles in back compat is now a major achievement.
