Mostly Gameplay. Battlefield: Bad Company 1 & 2 had no chance ever of competing with Call of Duty in gameplay. Hopefully BF3 will lean close to if not perfectly against BF2.
You're correct, it just annoys alot of people who doesn't want to purchase these, as they split the community. When DLC(Updates) were free, communities did not become split as they do today, because of map packs that are optional and cost a fee.
I want to pre-order, but if they won't officially state that dedicated servers is a part of the PC version, I must move on to Battlefield 3 this year. I've played every single CoD more or less, but without some decent connection between me, opponents and allies, I can't support the game.

I've played loads of games for more than 93 hours, personally I think that Fallout 3 is a terrible game with around no entertaining aspect, but here I am being subjective and so will everyone else be.

It's a standard shooter of today. It has great gameplay, great visuals and it appeals to a wide audience, they just keep making fuck ups. CoD4 was shit for months, MW2 had no dedicated servers and it was given no support except for two bugfixes and Black Ops was crap when it launched, unplayable some may say and the mod tools aren't out yet so that game will die.
I wouldn't say Crytek's F2p shooter is worth mentioning as Good Stuff.

Community made content isn't exacly content. Lots of the free content is not in my interest, the interest I had when I purchased the game and what I like about the game.
Levels are not huge, sure "huge" as in terrain, but objectives are not giving you the feeling of the huge maps at all. Wouldn't say it has many guns and multiplayer is repetitive like most shooters nowadays because of the simple-minded objectives.

I finished it in about 10 hours, then I haven't really touched it. Might have to do some co-op, did wish for some new type of multiplayer, involving dropping people off cliffs using your portal gun :D

Before you purchase a product, make sure that you are able to send it for service. I do not purchase a car in Europe, if the only service option is in Asia, neither would I purchase a PS3 in Nigeria, if I had to send it to repair in another continent.
