No BC problems or life cycles?
Try playing Heavy Gear, a 1996 mech game, completely unplayable on anything beyond Windows 98.
Or how about this for life cycles: http://gamefans.com/2012/06...
Everytime, I read someone make a generalised statement about "PC gaming" it's always comparing the newest and best PC against...
A phone has "20 plus more practical uses" than a Vita, but none of those "20 plus practical uses" includes gaming.
I honestly believe gaming should never fit in your life, you should fit your life around gaming, since that's what a hobby is and that's the effort it takes to bring an extra Vita in your bag. Anything else and you're just admitting you're a casual gamer, since that's the very definition of the term.

This is a funny article, because it talks about the likelihood of a "Vita is Doomed" event, when they themselves contribute the most articles about it.
From a business stand-point, a price cut is perhaps one of the worst things you can do, since that's not a strategy, all it does is bandage the real problem: the games to compel people to buy it. By price cutting you just leave yourself earning less revenue and still have people hanging for games.
Try concentrating on giving people a reason to buy one and they will pay any price, since it's justified.
Black lines across the panels are repairable by the manufacturer, regardless of an official recall or not.
You should seriously consider calling the service centre and demanding a free repair, depends on your countries consumer laws, but over where I'm at we have arguments that a TV should last at least 3 years irrespective of included warranty, as such a manufacturer should be prepared for it.
You noticed LG TVs looking "bad" in 3D, is because Passive 3D cuts your 1080 horizontal lines by half, in this case, 540 lines per eye.
This is how passive 3D works, the real bummer is that the 3D filter on the TV continues to affect the 2D image.
Sony mid-range TVs are pretty much exactly the same as Samsung, since they share the same LCD panels, but the high end models are worlds apart since they use Sharp panels. The difference being Sharp has a ...
Err...did not get the notice for a free worldwide repair/replacement for the specific TVs affected by the problem, even for those out of warranty.
BTW the TVs affected were 2008 models, don't know how you could've bought it 1.5yrs ago.
YESSSSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!
He probably missed part about Gaikai being even on LG TVs and Sony putting their PS products on HTC phones.
You know... did anyone stop to think that she maybe playing a touch based game and is flipping the Vita upside down because the game is upside down....nah fk it she's a model, she must be a dumb bimbo.
Being the "CEO of Firefall developer" he has every motive to cast "doubt" on consoles since his revenue streams aren't derived from it. In fact he wants to persuade you to think consoles have no future.
This is PR smack at it's finest, and it's sickening to see how they are painting themselves as the hip underdogs rooting for you.
So what you're saying is that because both games are GoTY material and liked by many, are no longer "universally appealing" just because they are overrated?
I think you're confusing what makes something overrated to what's just popular.
I hope the Iranian game dev scene gets more support.
lol yourself, Uncharted 2 is universally accepted because it's universally appealing, you might like Fallout 3 because Fallout 3 serves to please a niche, have a think about why that is.
Well of course you can just let go of your left hand for the directional stick since once you go into fist combat the game stickies you to the enemy, however it still doesn't remove the fact they you are EITHER pressing square to attack, triangle to dodge his punches or X to release yourself from his stranglehold. On top of that triangle and X do nothing until you are given the opportunity to use them, "button mashing" will just yield you attacks via the square as this is the on...
With graphics like that, only the PC/Xbox 360 online version could be used to fake it. It's only a matter of time before a veteran of that game recognises the things in the pictures because there are quite clear, if not than it's fairly obvious we are looking at exactly what it is.
That's a bit contradictory ain't it, you admit to the screen prompts being there, yet you continue to say you just need to button mash. Screen prompts = QTE's, you either succeed by pressing the right button or fail by the wrong button. Had you said Uncharted 2 has button mashing, I would be inclined to believe you since it only has the square button in use, unlike Uncharted 3 with square and triangle.
Hell the fact that on crushing mode they remove the screen pro...
avforums highly rate the monitor for it's surprisingly great picture reproduction.
Where have you been? It's been available in Harvey Norman stores for over a year for just under $700.
Yeah yeah yeah, you're not a "casual gamer" well good. But funny how you fail to name anything worth while on a mobile to play and quickly brush off FPS, I reckon as soon as there's a decent FPS on the phone (that's 'IF' ever) you'd be all over it.
Yeah I'm sure there'd by a few decent ones in the bunch... but did you ever notice that you'd never play those games had they not been on a mobile phone? Strange how we just drop out st...
