nintenfanatics overhyped by the console and Botw buyed already, also youtubers buyed it at day one too;
mario odyssey boosted the unit selled and at E3 2017 some cool games were announced, normal nintendo fans waited for more games of interest announced (like new pokemon game, bayonetta 3 and/or fire emblem) and to play atm and buyed it, also casuals hooked by the hybrid formula probably buyed a switch too in the same period;
