Eyetoy was on PS2 years ago. Motion tracking is not new but that boxing game does look fun. Surprised their isn't already something out to go with the PS Eye.
Disc based hard copies are not going any where. If digital downloads where going to take over with movies why haven't they already taken over music. I'm always amazed by the influence games have on kids. A 6 hour game can have a greater effect on a child then 15+ years with his parents. It just makes such valid, logical sense that the game and not his upbringing gave him these behavioral problems. Besides if he is old enough to play the game how can it have any negative effects on his behavior.

Looks like the people who are making this game are big fans of the 90's show Twin Peaks. The midgets, notes in bodies, and weird lounge singers are all from that show. It looks like Silent Hill but in Twin Peaks.
If you check the pics of top 10 sales on Amazon (See the PS3 jumps 700% story) you will notice the picture sixaxis at number 10 has a red PS button proving that a sixaxis with a red button means nothing. Sorry to burst anyones rumble bubble but I think if the new controller was included with the 80 Gig PS3 Sony would say as it is clearly a feature that would make people buy it.

This looks like the same game as We Love Katamari which is a fun game. I realize that the low poly characters are part of the game's charm but I think that rolling up a Katamari in a near photorealistic enviroment would be way cooler. If this is how the final game is going to look then I think I'll save $60 and play my $20 copy of We Love Katamari.
The PS3 IS 10x more powerful the the Xbox360
I have a PS3 and have played the demos most of games and I own oblivion. I have never seen the colors look as drab as on these screen shots. I only have an old SD tube tv using the cables that came in the box and the colors never look this dull. Gamespot has either altered these images or they don't know how to hook up a PS3. The color on these shots is bogus.
My guess is that sony are going to show the episode based downloadable games that they where talking about a while a go. But what do I know.
Sony owns over half of all tv and movies and music made worldwide. I wonder which console that stuff will be available on. I guess i just have to decide if a want to watch a movie on my own or go to a virtual theater in Home with some friends from around the world.
As a PS3 owner I'm happy to see that M$ is finally admitting that the PS3 is a superior machine. They are so threatened by it they had to bring out 360 that not only copies the PS3 functionality but also its color. Thank you microsoft for admitting to your loyal customers that your 360 just is not that good.

They are such a great band its to bad most of North American consider them a one hot wonder. People have missed out on some truly amazing songs.
I'm not surprised the base and drums are easy on these songs. They changed drums not long after live forever. And their bassist left after the 3 album.
