Nobody really knows what is going on in Sony, good, bad, ugly.. all this is just assumstions and here-say. Nothing based on concrete fact. Honesty, what does it matter anyway for one, PS3 owners- who already own a system and are stuck with it bad or good or 360 owners who really do not gain anything from Sony's well-being. If anything if Sony drops out of the console business, the console market will suffer with out proper competition to spur innovation and boundary breaking exlusives.
This smacks of desperation. Now the PS3 is TOO powerful... give me a break.
to find articles like this. Even the sites script is garbage. Nobody's even heard of this site. It really stinks of desperation.
saint sony- "Killzone 2?... yes, especially with NON FREE DEMO?!"
Wow, that is a really compelling argument. I like how you've tricked everyone into pitting you by using the grammar of a 10 year old. "NON FREE DEMO", *falls over laughing* you should consult an adult before posting.
..you've got two bubbles. Take a hint and shut up. Nobody wants to hear your obvious trolling.
"this colorful bowl of froot loops isn't doing it."
What kind of criticism is that? And explain how its anything like Shenmue? Because people are Asian and fighting in a city? You probably never even played Shenume. The game looks every bit as good as GTA4 and I don't think your whining about that game. It look more fun to boot. You're just mad its a PS3 exclu...
That was a long trailer! That is the way American trailers should be. Anyway, this game looks pretty damn good! Thought it does seem like GTA4 set in Japan, with a little bit of Saints Row 2 for good measure. It might not be as interactively dynamic as GTA4, but it looks more fun. Besides, who can resist beating people over the head with a motorcycle or mailbox!? No one that's who.
No Microsoft did not start DLC on the 360. DLC has been around for ages on the PC. DLC made its debut on the PC and gained much attention when PC FPS games used it for adding levels and user generated content many times for FREE. Microsoft simply moved that model to the 360 and charged for it.
Basicly Microsoft is the bottled-water company in the PC world. They take something that was virtually free and packaged it, marketed it, and then sold it. Just like bottled watter, the ...
there are very valid points that people have been saying for a while. But I guess the article doesn't fit into your version of reality.
...sums up their business model pretty well. On the PC front they are losing to pirating and new found competition. Solution? Get consumers to move all of their content onto one machine they can lock down and control. Want to trade/sell that movie or game with a friend? Not if they get their way. Nice way to track, monitor, and control users. They will make the rules and set the prices without competition... isn't that what really capitolism is about? They want to take out the choice for cons...
is like peering into the heart of madness. Reading the comments almost made me gavomit.
From what I can see it looks bla and (from the video) plays just the same. Come on, the name of the damn game is called Ninja Blade? I mean for f**ks sakes they just replaced "Gaiden" with "Blade"!! The creatures and environments look pretty sub-par. I am sure the game will get better over time, but as of now... bla.
for someone, but as of right now it looks like a bad Ninja Gaiden knock off. Character designs look uninspired. On a positive note, the game-engine looks pretty good.
...what's new? For years Microsoft has had no competition and have let their products fall behind. Thanks to the internet and open source community we are finally getting something better... for free.
It's official, nobody likes you.
I hope it is the campain demo, but hell I'll be happy just to get shot at the multiplayer- the part of the game I'll be playing long after KZ2 is released anyway! I just wish the demo was released sooner.
Really, you think Microsoft is handing them free money? Can you please confirm this with a reliable source? Any facts to back to back up this? Microsoft might be paying extra for WORK Square-Enix is doing or for timed exclusive (at the cost of losing sales that could be made on the PS3 too), that is significantly different from "free". So far Square-Enix has passed up the chance to sell more copies of their IPs on the PS3 for whatever Microsoft offered. I don't know if that was wort...
She dosen't even look 1/8 Chinese. I guess they couldn't find an Asian women that can do martial arts ;) It's not like they have a form of it right?
a *gasp!* Asian person playing a charactor named.... ta-da, Chun Li!
That is the Whitest Asian I've ever seen. First, Tom Cruise is the "Last Samurai" then the "Prince of Persia" looks like a tanned emo from Idaho, now this. I think the entertainment industry (games, movies etc) either assumes we can't handle ethnic accuracy or that we are stupid... another Street Fighter movie? Maybe they are right.
explains a lot. The art direction and design was just hit the wrong note. I feel the same about Resistance 2, the game was fun, but lacked the aesthetic appeal of a game like MGS4 of GeOW 2. The atmosphere of a game can really draw in a crowd. Ridiculous yellow armor only made the game feel silly. Halo series is guilty of that, but I think the art direction had more charm and the story was some what compelling.
this article reaffirms this fact- Microsoft are run by thieves.
