I'm not gonna say MGS:rising is going to suck, but...I have a feeling it's not really going to be metal gear anymore.

I remember seeing a video of a blind gamer whom would play some shooter game and used the sound of other enemies shooting to figure out where they where. I don't remember what game it was, but it was on an older system, N64 possibly.

Even worst case scenario, he's going to be ok, but I doubt this scandal is going to hurt him as much as some would think.

I actually got to play a game of tf2 on ps3 yesterday...there's still a few games up. I quickly remembered how much I suck at that game so I left after one match though. :)

I would definitely recommend importing Demon's Souls from the states if you have the option and are interested. You won't regret it :D

I guess 360 fans can not care about this game just as much as the ps3 people don't care. Today we are unified :D
I think Banning is a bit harsh...but they do need to fix the glitch.
I'm just going to say take this article with a grain of salt. Their sample size was fairly small. And they also state the 4% was only first year failure rate. I don't doubt their numbers are getting better...but this article is far from proof that the any of the consoles are as solid as we would want them to be.
Heh, I had a game of domination on scrapyard where, one guy held himself on in one of the buildings with one man army, grenade launchers, and claymores. We destroyed their team in points, (double, almost triple their score)...but about the time we hit 180 points...he throws up a tactical nuke and we lose the game. frustrating.
I've played DA:O and DS both extensively, and IMHO I like Demon's Souls much, much better. I guess I'm the weird one out this time cause I didn't enjoy DA:O as much as everyone else seemed to. I can't stand the speech system they used. It just bores the hell out of me. I found myself dreading having to ever talk to anybody. I'd rather watch an interesting(or skippable) cut-scene. then just given a choice a or b, ya know?
But that's just me, I know a lot of people like that...
