Well they could actually...any game with online portion always holds the right to shut down their servers. But they won't...they love money too much to do something that ridiculous.
I mean they'd lose basically every ps3 consumer for the next title...and prolly even some 360 users. I mean if they shut it down that fast I wouldn't pick up any of their other titles on any system...that's just not the way you treat your loyal consumers.
Played the demo...it's pretty good but it only lets you play bomb and bust or whatever it's called(the one like counter-strike, plant the bomb at a or b). It makes you reload the map between every round which is pretty annoying.
You can in the demo just... for reassurance. Use the ds3 instead of nav. that is.

what if you wanted 2 copies for co-op play? doesn't seem that hard to understand.
You wouldn't need to copy over you save files. Steam cloud will do this automatically if youre connected to the net....start a game on ps3...stop...let it update real fast...walk to pc...turn on steam and let it update real fast...continue right where you left off. steam already does this with pc/mac titles...or even if you have multiple pcs.

aiming with a move is easy....camera control however is not. They made some interesting additions the aiming scheme to help out with some of the problems but I don't think move players are just going to rape the hell out of dualshock players like alot of people are worried about. It'd be interesting if they made it to where you can tell who is using the move on the scoreboard so that we can actually tell if there is a big imbalance or not.
The dynamically changing aim boundaries are genious. Go to 11:20 minutes if you want to see what I'm talking about.
If I were sony and absolutely nothing else could be done about the hacks, I'd just start a viral warfare with fake videos/news articles about cfw/hacks bricking ps3 or bans for going online all over the net. It'd be enough to keep most people off.
Probably not the most legitimate way to run a company but w/e.

frankly if they don't start putting a little more effort into their ps3 ports...I wouldn't care at all if that were the case.
Cod is a bit of a victim of its own popularity. More users=more likely to get hacked. Not saying kz3 won't have that problem but it is less likely. If I remember right there were some problems with kz2 in the early days...I think it was lag switching though. A guy would be invisible for some time then all at once he'll have killed like 10 people with no explanation.
What I don't understand is how you can have programs on a pc that can detect hackers like punkb...

mmm...They only way around that problem would be to find a bunch of happy kids who don't play games and get them to start playing videogames pathologically. It'd be a hard sell to the parents. We want to take you're happy 12 year old child and introduce him to video games in an attempt to turn him into an anxious, depressed little sh*thead.
yeah, an unused 60gb could be worth more than they were at launch time... just looked one up on ebay that is over $650 with 24hours left.

I'll prolly pick it up cheap right before me3 hits just to have a character go through both. I'm tryin to play me1 on pc right now...gotta be honest..not liking it near as much as me2. Prolly should have played it first.
