I agree dude. Ive made maps using the Unreal Engine, Source, HL, FarCry, Quake and I couple very crappy others (stuff like rpg maker and stuff). Overall Source is the best to work with, Farcry was in second for how easy it was. UE engine came in 3rd for me. Production was fairly easy but results were hard to get good. Source was great in the fact that if it doesnt look right, a few tweaks can fix it.
whoever keeps writing these articles are stupid. Gaming started on PC's, it will end on PC's.
As in Counter Strike Source, HL2, any other source game, Olbivion runs well on it, so on so forth. Crossover is a great program, I forget how much I got it for, I think like 20 bucks or something. Enables you to run Windows programs. I built my gaming PC for 900 (excluding monitor). It can run any game so far with ease (except crysis of course, but we know what kind of whore that is).
No one I know has gone through more than 1 ps3. 1 got the Yellow HDD light of death, but it was replaced for free (had warranty on it). They actually got him a different 60 gig version (since that was his original kind). Works perfectly now.
The GT guy (you know who im talking about) said it will more than likely be 2010 that it comes out. I saw the article on n4g earlier this week i think.
that it looks just as good as any Wii FPS?...I mean honestly..look at COD3 for Wii, about same amount of polys going on. Not trying to troll, but...damn..
He just killed 2 bosses with interactive cut scenes. If this is the whole game then f*cking flop. I know heavy rain is supposed to be the same way, but that is story driven, not giant crab like things coming after you one after the other.

I honestly don't think you have ever played on PSN. I play on PSN all the time, and its not the lack of headsets that is the "issue". The reason why not many little kids are come across on PSN is mainly because the demographics for the PS3 are older than of the 360's. You can look it up (no, I won't provide link). Honestly, vaseline on walls effects looks bad. I honestly HATE the Unreal Engine. Yes it runs well, great physics, but their OVERUSE of bump/normal mapping makes it look like Marcus was getting in a tub of Baby oil with Cole Train. how epic MGS4 was and how amazing the closure of the story was. He OBVIOUSLY never played the game, and if he did, he probably pressed start and went to "SKIP". You simply can't say they "killed" the franchise, because if there are more MGS games, I will get them regardless of what people say, just because I have had great memories with MGS 1 through 4.
at Sony for having a few micro-transactions in Home. They just want SOME money. And this also shows how dedicated Sony is to their consumer (and well they want to break even). Even with a loss, they still update firmware, release great products (that wireless keyboard is pretty nifty), and they struggle to poop some products out..even with that much of a loss lol.
