I'm pretty bummed the two look a lot different, atleast companies like IW and Capcom make the games look exactly the same. Hopefully they will fix the PS3 version a little before release. To be honest, I dont find it acceptable to give any console the short end of the stick and it should be their duty to get the two versions as close as they can possible.
Example, 1 person may buy the game for 360, for 60 bucks, for an awesome game, but another may buy the same game for PS3 with ...

bandwidth? Honestly? I still get download rates of 150 kilobytes/s..As long as broadband or fiber optic speeds is not the standard, this is just as useless as trying to upload/download your files through emails.
Yes, it's a great idea, no, it's not gonna be worth it anytime soon. Think about it, newest SATA HDD's get transfer rates of "3G/s" which (after bit/byte calculations, frequency and encoding) becomes 300mb per second. Now think about the average cable (comcast) ...

I honestly don't see a new PS in "3-5" years. I'd say 5 at minimum. The PS3 has a HUUUGE life ahead of itself. Bluray just came out, and its here to stay. I don't think they will be quick to release another console with bluray. They will probably try to hold out until they think its time to make a new format standard. They seem to be all about that these days.
But it looks cool, something to just relax..ya know? I like that.
I know its impractical but I just love the idea. Most racing games, I like playing in first person, even though I really suck at it. It's exhilarating. I'm not asking for THAT much mud though, but it would be still cool. Though I am happy with MS:PR right now..stuff is fun online lol.
If the next Motorstorm can pull off more bad ass tracks or even something like the FUEL concept, that would be awesome. Right now though, I'm waiting for that gameplay in which when mud flies onto the windshield you have to clean it off. Remember the Motorstorm CGI trailer?

Once I switched to HD ($200 1080p Acer monitor with HDMI port) I can NEVER go back..I tried doing it the other day and I was honestly disgusted...HONESTLY. I tried to play Wipeout HD and Motorstorm PR on a SD tv..and I couldnt take it...

you can buy more ram that is cheap dirt these days and play a game windowed while browsing the interbutts at the same speed.
I even use ram thats at 400mhz when most these days are about twice the speed..
