MS May not own the devs, but as the publisher they did have control over the project. Don't forget, it was MS who were pushing for use of "cloud based destruction physics" which ultimately, and let's be real about it, was the main reason why the final release product was so bad. Because when it was realised that it wasn't possible with current tech, they took game back to the drawing board for a "quick" revision.
Best gaming dev ever? Best games ever like Fallout?

Ok........... Now, look, I loved the fallout game, platinum fo3 on ps3 and fo4 on the ps4, (Phoenix R25 if you wanna check) but let's be real here at least, Bethesda isnt the best dev, not by a long shot. And Fallout has gone downhill with the release of 76.
Taken from the article:
When talking about whether or not Fallout 76 is something worth playing in 2021, it helps that its last big update came just before the new year. Even better than Steel Dawn bringing new missions and stories to play out, it also brought the first official on-screen appearance of a group steeped in the series' mythology. The Brotherhood of Steel and Fallout are synonymous with one another, however the group was nothing but the subject of conversation up unt...
@shiken
I suspect that all current ip's such as Doom, Elder scrolls, Fallout etc, will continue to be multi platform titles as these ip's sell well enough on PlayStation to keep them that way (see the recent doom 3 psvr announcement).
Newly announced ip's such as Death loop have timed exclusivity, however, any new ip's announced going from this date forward, "could" be MS platform only. But that would be MS's call to make.
Got my ps5 from argos back on the 17th. I only got lucky because I work nights and that's when argos do their drops (2am-3am)
Worst thing is, even though its only 8.2gb, you still need 100gb free space to install
I've loaded the game up on my ps5 and it only gets to 30% then boom, loaded into MP
Farpoint is a fantastic game, however, it's much better if you have the Aim controller as well. That's what it was mainly built around. Same as Firewall Zero Hour. Also VR on ps5, even when playing ps4 versions (NMS especially) are hugely improved. Much closer to TV visuals.
It reminded me of Starship Troopers a lot lol
Got hold of a ps5 last week and was looking forward to GoW as hadn't played it but kept hearing good things about it, then I heard about this upgrade :-D
If you an assassin's like MP mode, I'd recommend Ghost of Tsushima Legends instead.
Just got my ps5 today, will check this game out over the weekend.
What's everyone's opinion of it?
Oh look how woke CoG are being everybody!
I really, really........ Can't be arsed to read this dribble.
Does anybody else here remember a time when game journalists were just that? You know, Game journalists? And not sjw/political warriors?
Have you played Rescue Mission on the VR yet? That was absolutely amazing
Nude FemShep confirmed 😉
Thanks mate
Haven't got a ps5 yet 😒 but used the ps app to DL both versions to my account lol
Dam!! Reminds me of when Fallout 76 had a half price slash shortly after launch. But then again, that game deserved the price cut lmao
Very few (truly) 1st person story driven narrative game out there though. Most have to cut away to cut scenes to help progress the story.
The Half life and Portal series are the best examples of a good fps story games.
Agree with you there neo. Maybe like a Rouge one like mission from SWBF1 or a free teaser like the last guardian vr
Astrobot rescue mission is absolutely fantastic with VR. Wipe out is good, moss looked stunning and skyrim......... Well....... Less said about VR version the better really. Bad blurry visuals. But I haven't tried it yet on the ps5, so may have an improvement.
