@unself on the back of your controller is the reset button. Use a needle or pin to get to it. I had same issue about 3 weeks after getting my ps5 and that corrected the issue. Hope this helps

Me personally, I'll either use Amazon or walk down to ASDA's and save myself £10 - £15 on a physical copy for day 1 releases that I really want.

Question, did you transfer the game data from internal to external storage before the download?
I ask because I've done this with several titles on my ps5 and everytime, updates failed. So I reinstalled ps4 games directly to the external and since then, not an issue.
I wish they would put out a patch that adds VR to playroom. Rescue mission was absolutely fantastic and I enjoyed playroom enough to platinum it
