I am a pc gamer these days and was warning about this for a while, now that games like god of war ragnarok /horizon zero dawn remastered require a psn sign in to play single player campaign, does anyone think this was a good idea or "cmon guys you already have to login to steam so whats the issue with another login ?" , well imagine you get a "verifying licenses message after paying 60$ for your games and waiting to play until the server is back, utter madness

honestly even tho I still prefer steam, over the last 4 years I always collected the weekly epic games, and now suddenly when you look at your library one day you realize you picked up around 400 free games a good portion of which are AAA, big win, and with gog, amazon prime, crazy powerful gpu's like 4090, windows 11 being way better than the dark days of windows 8 there has never been a better time to be a pc gamer, this is simply the best time for pc gaming fhat I can remember.

Here are my two cents on this matter, I am now primarily a PC gamer but also own the xbox and ps5, have bought a rtx4090, Im in Canada so they had a 24 month installment option with 0% interest, so for 2 years I basically just have to pay 180$ a month. yup I was one of the pc gamers that was disappointed with today's news, I bought the same game on ps3 and xbox360 and supported rockstar twice for the same game and the funny thing is the best way to still play the game is on pc with the emulated xenia version, it is completely stable and is 4k 60 along with resolution scaling so technically it can go up to 8k depending on the hardware of course so looks absolutely amazing.

RDR2 Is what made me a pc gamer, I also wanted the 60 fps nextgen patch but its been nearly 3 years since the new consoles are out and nothing so got a pc and played it on that, honestly the 60 fps alone would not be sufficient as the visuals are something else on pc in 4k ultra settings, if there is one game I recommend buying an entire gaming Pc for its rdr2 simpling stunning visuals, I dont even care for fps that much.

It runs extremely well, I was worried about the stuffer that I had heard about when it initially launched but I think it was probably patched. I generally don't even play the latest games as I'm still trying to catch up on a huge backlog but it was the first time in like 3 years that I bought a game right after the trial, one of the best-looking games I've seen, was simply blown away.
