It was a mistake for such a game to release only on one console. It has nothing to do with the PS4. You needed audience and this comes if you release on multiple consoles and PC.
This is interesting given the power of Azure cloud which you can see in action with the new flight sim

Anyone who can do maths once the specs came out would know that there is only so far they can go from the PS4 Pro and the One X from a visual point of view. Even Ray Tracing is going to be limited as triple-A games cannot fully utilize it. This is more about the potential that SSD can offer with open-world games and the speed at which games and assets can be loaded and how quickly games can be patched. I hate all the venom that was spat at ND with lies about people not being paid, a disgruntled employee, etc when all along it was a hacker that made a mess and leaked the game out. Stay away from spoiler and support the developers and all the people that worked hard to make this game. I played the original twice on PS3 and twice on PS4 and Pro and I cannot wait for the sequel. Really sad about this. I loved the game and, contrary to what many people thought, I loved the character.
No, Uncharted is a cash cow and will be back developed by a second-party developer. Also, I really want another Infamous and a Killzone so I hope they get developed. In fact, It would be great to get a new Syphon Filter and a The Gateway.

This is not just about a fast SSD. This is about the whole design of the console that eliminates bottlenecks which means PC will need to radically change to recreate what Mark has done with the PS5. Mark Cerny is an absolute genius and the fact he works for Sony is a big deal.
