Yes I think it has. The first year it will sell great, but ultimately won't hold up.
Its hard not to sell more than the Wii U. Again, this system will have a RAGING start, but ultimately die off quickly.

I love Nintendo, but they let me down with the Wii U. I don't understand why they wouldn't make the Swtich powerful enough to run the AAA third party games. This is what led to the downfall of the Wii U. I hope they surprise us with the power, like 1-1.5 TFlops.
I think $250 will be for the base model, but I am sure they will have bundles for more. $250 is a GREAT price to undercut Xbox and PS4. Also, Xbox has been dropping their base console to $250 off and on for months now. Nintendo has to come in low due to its much lowered specs.

I've tried it, and I'll admit its a cool feeling at first. But wears off after a while, and the games are more like demos. I can't see hardcore gamers staying interested for long.
