Thanks, but I have a $20 eshop gift card that I can't redeem as I do not have a Nintendo system right now. I'm hoping those cards will carry over to Switch. I chatted with Nintendo, and they could not confirm.

I went for the Pro. The Joy Cons are supposed to last 10-20 hours depending on play. They can then charge overnight in the dock. I don't normally have 10-20 hours of gaming sessions nonstop, but if you do maybe the grip is a better option?

Well, we were all correct, fairly weak for a console, but good for a handheld. I was hoping for a little more power. Interesting that its setup to decode 4k, wonder if that's for a future dock upgrade or just Netflix and such?
