3 total games, with 1 currently launched (Heavy Rain).
Unfortunately, a game for the Wii U just wouldn't be possible for quite some time.
And to be very honest, QD's graphic depictions and adult-like content & situations just wouldn't fit Nintendo's core demograph and Nintendo's core policies.
Can you imagine the loads of censorship Nintendo would likely employ for a HEAVY RAIN type game?
No thanks.
Now I feel lied to.
:P
I have bought EA games though.
But I refuse to buy dlc. I've bought none tis gen too
Capcom, I've bought SSF4 (PS3) last year for $18 on Amazon

We are gonna get console games in 2012 that are going to be more technically advanced than the games in 2011.
This was true for 2011, 2010, and 2009.
Likewise, this will be true for 2013 as well.
Old hardware or not, the console technical advancements will continue....period.
precious Valve?
Look, I'm not attacking Valve/Steam here, nor am I attacking the PC platform. I'm simply explaining how business works for retail regarding GAME CONSOLES.
Retail controls and manages console distribution...and without tangible & physical software for retail, brick retail will not allow said console through the front door...not even in the proverbial parking lot.
And I'm not saying Valve NEEDS console money...I...
Without software to sell, no Brick & Mortar chain store in America will touch it...Not Best Buy, Not Gamestop, not Walmart, not even Target. It's 4 the same reason that you & no one else has ever seen ONLIVE's console version in any American brick store.
Yes it could be marketed as a niche, PC-TV w/ a VALVE logo on the side, but that would attract STEAM & PC demographic, and Valve clearly wants CONSOLE market....they want CONSOLE money.
I see a Va...
"I don't think they are talking about PS3 running PC games, but rather the idea that Valve did with Portal 2 making it the first game in which two consoles could play together.
I mean think about the possibilities of removing that barrier of different consoles and allowing all gamers to play together. "

They told me to tell you that you're wrong.

Sony's been doing this model with PS3 games since 2009 (UNCHARTED WATERS ONLINE)......earlier than that if you consider HOME.
I mean, I used to pay for AOL because back then I wanted to keep my email. But eventually I leaned YAHOO had better FREE Email services.
Many of FACEBOOK and Google services are pretty remarkable...Free
Steam is free...it works great.
If paid services always meant "superior service", especially with MMO's, then games like AUTO ASSAULT and TABULA RASA would still be around. Star Wars Galaxies would have never been pushed to the side and Star Tr...
MsclMexican asked,
"Ummm, question: Does Nintendo even do DLC? I like that they give of a complete game and thats it. "

To my knowledge, no.
But Nintendo hasn't shown that they have the capacity to run a fully fleshed out network that's capable.
They claim they're going to do it with the Wii U launch, but then they show cluelessness by not an...
We keep seeing this evidence year end and year out.
It's why the AIAS Awards keep giving graphics achievement awards to PS3 games for 3 years straight.
2009: UNCHARTED 2
2010: HEAVY RAIN
2011: UNCHARTED 3
Those games were all considered TECHNICLE MARVELS for their respective years.
XBOX 360 however did have one too...
2006: GEARS OF WAR
There's a reason XBOX 360 hasn't had one sin...
From what I can tell, in many cases, they just simply don't understand them, the nuances and difference of culture and difference of story & gameplay styles.
For better on point reviews of JRPGs, you should visit SPECIALIZED sites like RPG GAMER or RPG FAN.
No offence to them, but I get the impression that 'thegamingvault' just isn't really up to the specialized task here......not really.
Why?
jetlian inquired:
"The games industry has gone from 21 billion in 2008 to 18 billion in 2011. I wonder if project 10 dollar was the reason. I know I dont spend as much as I did back then"

Always......No matter what....Always have a standard MP3 link.
Don't get cute, or fancy or obscure. Have a 'plain Jane' MP3 ready to click/download.
Rookie podcasters usually make this mistake.
But most fans of Mass Effect won't do this.
Most are only interested in 'stands' when it minimally effects them.
