luckily i own a pc,360 and ps3 so picked this game up for 360. If it had of came out for ps3 at the same time though i would have picked it up on ps3 since thats where the majority of my friends are.
i'm sure there are plenty of ps3 only owners who would love to play this game. In fact a mate of mine who doesn't own a 360 was both pissed off and surprised to see it wasn't coming to ps3 as well

possibly an easy mistake but these easy mistakes are happening a lot lol i really do think it's only a matter of time before we see Conviction on ps3. theres no real reason why not to bring it to ps3 unless they signed a deal with ms, but if they had why wouldn't they have just given an outright no when asked about the posibility in the past.
well with E3 coming up, perhaps it will be announced then with a release fall this year
looks good but certainly the night time scenes look better. lack of aa on a lot of objects shows up more clearly during the daytime scenes. luckily i beleive most of the game takes place during the night anyway?
lol power rangers is so pathetic though. never understood how anyone could enjoy that as a kid
same. still skeptical about how some of the new things like jetpacks will be implemented but i guess we have the beta for any balancing issues.

i agree totally. for a long time i was a playstation owner, then playstation 2 owner. hardly anyone i knew owned a 360. then halo 2 released and we all bought xbox's to play it. for a while it was even the only game i owned on xbox. that is untill 1 day when i bought a game called forza cus it had 'a nice looking cover' and was on offer lmao was certainly in for a nice surprise with that 1
not exactly a glitch, just the ragdoll physics playing up and seen in pretty much any game lol
i dunno whether it's my tv or what, but in some 'ingame cutscenes' i.e. where you have limited movement while sam talks to a character, i noticed sam was really blurry. just lacks polish imo and i reckon they could have got much nicer graphics outa the game.
plus a lot of reviews have praised how the colour drains when ur in the dark. i hate this though because for a game where you want to spend as much time in the dark as possible you're basically playing a black and white game ...
the game is good but not the amazing game i was hoping it to be. after waiting so long and so much hype i was expecting a near perfect game. while SC:C is good fun, it's far from perfect and i'm not surprised to see it get scores around 7-8
i think it will depend on sales tbh. if sales are good then chances are they wont bother but i imagine the next splinter cell will be multiplatform. they've heavily hinted at that anyway.
infact i'm surprised this particular game was 'exclusive'

unless they mean where on the 360 you can buy the dlc in packs of 2 on disc rather than downloading them? but doesn't that defeat the whole point of DOWNLOADABLE content
i really hope they bring back spies vs mercs in the near future tbh. been enjoying playing co-op story but afterwards would love to jump into spies v mercs. instead the only vs mode is 1 v 1 :(
although mgs is known for it's cutscenes and i wouldn't have that changed, this is a portable game. i mean if u played for a short burst and then a cutscene fired up but ur bus just reached it's stop or whatever, you'd be annoyed if you had to skip the scene to save or whatever
i still haven't bought anything off live, and it's mainly down to the points system of having to buy x amount of points in order to buy somethign and then having points left over. when i buy something on steam or on psn i get debited for the exact amount!
yeh, gears 2 ending was v poor compared to 1 tbh, especially the boss fight. was so so easy compared to raam
