Non-VR I mean. Beacause right now, Alyx is only playable in VR. Could be a nice move from Valve to make the non-VR version of Alyx, exclusive to Steam Deck. But I highly doubt it !
Yes, still it's strange to me how some devs just didn't seem to receive the memo about PS5 compression. Like Metro Exodus devs, for example. While some others (Subnautica) have managed to reduce install size drastically.
And what about a Deck-exclusive patch to play Half Life Alyx in 2D ?
I'm waiting for an update that fixes the crashes.
Don't know about stick sensitivity, but having jump on a shoulder button is a must when you need to jump while continuously moving and rotating continuously.
Even if the title is false, I kinda agree. Not for all games of course.
Maybe they can patch PS4 version to 60 fps in the meantime.
Nice ! Now that's detailing your patch content.
SOCOM ? I'm afraid they would make a "game as a service" that lacks everything I loved about the first SOCOM
I totally agree with you. I found the game amazing when it was about bulding my ziplines network in the mountains. But the story and characters... they were trash in my opinion.
Quickfire map was amazing ! :D
Yes there will. Devs even mentioned dualsense support on the PS blog post.
Their approch to Dual Sense seems a bit underwhelming... Like, they won't make something too great for other platforms owners not to be jealous ? Come on... And it's not like PC players can't enjoy Dual Sense, cf. Metro Exodus.
Amazing news. I already completed it on WiiU but, what a great news for anyone who missed out on this one.
Would be amazing
Metro Exodus PS5 will be the same scenario (free upgrade for ps4 version, DLC included on the psysical release). We'll see if the outcome is different.
I would appreciate being able to turn my PS5 off, but you need to consider people could backup their save file to the cloud and redownload it in case they die. Maybe this is what the developers try to prevent from happening. They probably want to be sure someone who beat Returnal did it legit.
Though I don't think it's worth the power (electricity) we lose in the process. If some players choose to cheese their way to the end of Returnal, what's the big deal ? Sa...
"players should buy games at full price if they like them, instead of waiting for them to go on sale"
How am I supposed to like them before buying them ? Ridiculous.
Right ? I thought the same.
The character was hard to control back then, and I think it actually added a great deal to the experience. Nowadays this aspect wouldn't be saved in a remake, new devs would make the game far more "playable" and as a result it would clearly lack the flavour of the original.
