I want the final battle: http://www.youtube.com/watc...
Pacman is gonna eat him!
Me too, I still don't it... I mean, where the hell are the costumes?
I was about to write this exact same thing.
I think this is something we'll know very early on the game. I don't think Serah is gonna hang out with a stranger that has no purpose for half the game. I bet that after they meet for the first time Noel is gonna explain Serah his situation and she's gonna join him on his quest.
And about Lighting, I think it was kinda obvious already that she was the knight of some kind of fal'Cie or god. But nonetheless all of this sounds... Meh... =/
I played a few hours and it was bad, boring and specially uninteresting.
Siren!
I agree man. Vita has innovated much more than all the Nintendo handhelds combined. Now the haters can't say stuff like: "Sony doesn't innovates, they just follow" because right now the only real innovator around is Sony. And like you said, if we apply the same logic to the PS4 then... OMG, I can't even imagine... @_@
Sony were a bit lost about what direction they wanted to take with the PS3 but not anymore and the PS Vita and the gazillion of new IP...
Let's be real, if you really are a fan of hack & slash games then you know that Ninja Gaiden has the best battle system and then DMC. People that like GOW it isn't because of its button masher battle system but because of its epic setting and graphics.
you forgot about the downgrade of frame-rate from godly 60fps to piss poor 30fps and probably not even locked considering how sluggish Enslaved and Heavenly Sword were. On top of that? The god awful screen tear. =/
NT shouldn't be making fast paced games with such pissant skills. They tend to focus too much on the cosmetic side... Enslaved looked great but it ran like trash and the overall style of the game wasn't that garish with the main character looking like Fre...
facebook is just too big to fall that easily to a new social network.
that's probably the input lag of the TV, it happens to me all the time when I play older games on my new Samsung. Samsung does that to make you pay more for the 120hz and 240hz sets but is not that noticeable on current-gen games because of the motion blur effects on newer games. The funny thing is that I have an old ass Panasonic HDtv from 2005 and it doesn't does that yet newer TV sets does it.
my anti-virus say that the site is infected and I can't open it. =/
GOTY!
Being on 5 discs would defeat the purpose of the game being an open-world game. How would you even make an open-world on 5 discs anyway? You would have to divide the game on 5 different sections.
But these Elder Scroll games don't use CGI or pre-rendered stuff nor uncompressed audio files and these are the kind of things that take lots of space.
Cross-Game Chat
I've been wondering the same thing because the DMC fan-base isn't as big as FF where no matter the quality of the game there's a couple of millions that will buy it just because of the name. Most fans are pissed and casuals and non-fans only buy based on reviews and multiplayer. So the only way this game would sell is if it scores only 10's across the boards and from those few hard-core fans that would buy it just based on the name.
Even in his early days Cliffy B liked to trash talk Sony. No wonder he is always saying stuff like: "GeoW would feel weird with a PS3 controller" or "Kinect is amazing!". Is not that it'll feel weird or that Kinect really is good but that he's just a MS fan-girl.
Cliffy B exposed. =/
Most of those combos were directly taken from DMC4... The movements are exactly like Nero's but much more slower (probably cus of lower frame-rate) and hey look canned. Like as soon as you start one you just can't stop like in Heavenly Sword and Enslaved but the cool thing about DMC games was being original like this: http://www.youtube.com/watc...
This is how I would rank them though:
X > X4 > X2 > X5 > X3 > X6 > X8 > X7
