ok, i will put this as simply as possible... i will buy the wiiu if it is evidently more powerful than the current generation of consoles.
if it is even hinted that it is less than a 360, im not buying it.
simple
if you have a wiiu, everything you need to have console and quasi-handheld gaming comes right out of the box.
if you have a vita, you need to spend another £2-300 on a ps3. if you have a ps3 you need to spend another £2-300 for a vita. so it wont work realistically for devs to start adding cross platform support to all vita/ps3 games. the market just wont be there for it!

Yes, vita can share content with the ps3, but that is a feature... something it can do if that feature is available. the wiiu controller was designed specifically for that purpose, not as a feature.
you wont get a vita bundled with a ps3 and sold as a competitor to wiiu.. as i said its just too expensive. so vita and ps3 is not competition with wiiu. stop pretending like vita is all of a sudden the answer to wiiu, its not. its a completely different species.

vita is a standalone system, wiiu controller is just that... a controller! but ingeniously it can also be used as a stand alone gaming device.
