as was mentioned by other similarly sane people, wiiu is fully fictional right out the box. This imitation, pirate, bootleg wiiu is not fully functional, it depends on devs actually implementing the cross platform features.
im not even wasting any more time addressing this issue further, just get real basically, ps3+vita doesn't = wiiu. it will never take off.
